Liked: Price and location was great... Breakfast was fine. It´s good that there was a place for car parking (but this place is small and with a narrow gate - but our car is small, so it didn´t mind us).

Disliked: WC - two for women were out of order and one wasn´t clean... Beds creak - but it was quite funny :) Room n. 5 has only small skylight without possibility to open it. (But we used our room only during minimum time, so it didn´t mind us too much).

Liked: Very friendly and helpfull Staff, Kitchen, Garden, free Breakfast

Disliked: We stayed on an Ensuite Double Room, and our bedroom didn't match the common facilities of the hostel, which in general were much better. The bathroom had no ceiling (apart from the bedroom ceiling) and the window curtains are semi-transparent and you wake up with the first ray of light in the morning. Also the Ikea bunk bed (lower double bed and upper single bed) was very noisy. It would crank even if you were just laying down laughing.

Liked: It was really cosy and clean. There was a large living area with couches and a tv. Free breakfast in the morning and as much tea and coffee as you fancy. It was close to the old town if you don't mind a short walk. Free internet and the staff were pretty cool.

Disliked: It was quite quiet but still dead nice!

Liked: everything! the early check-in, the room, clean and modern, the clean and big bathrooms, the nice receptionist, the decoration, the common room, internet, it's not far from the centre, very handy with the tram to the station, definite good value for money... we loved it!

Liked: Good room, good price, good facilities. They let us in early too.

Disliked: Somewhat too secure! The receptionist neglected to tell us how to get in after hours so we were stuck outside the hostel for some time... Helpful other guests proved vital.

Liked: Good location, an easy walk into the main part of town.

Disliked: No real opportunity to met other travellers.

Liked: Rooms are good size and the 'living room' is pretty good too with plenty of seats, a big table that you can eat at and a big tv (which was pretty good for watching the world cup on).

Disliked: The cleaners seem to only come during weekdays which means that the bathrooms are pretty disgusting during the weekends. Also the generic standard of bathroom cleanliness isn't great as there is quite a bit of mildew in the shower cubicles. Also the general bathrooms are unisex which made showering a bit uncomfortable at times (due to personal paranoia, not any other reason). All of the showers seemed blocked as well so the water would slowly build up...

Disliked: Everything. It was in a terrible location, very far from the town square. Very loud at night. No quiet hours were enforced. Did not get the appropriate room requested.

Liked: nothing particulary

Disliked: the girl at the reception hasn't been really nice with us, whe booked a double and she tried to give us a smelling dorm room, but after 2 hours and 2 complaints she gave us the room we booked.

Liked: The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, were happy to give us directions and a map! the location was okay as it was a short walk to the city centre, and it was very good value for money.

Disliked: The rooms and especially the bathrooms were quite dirty. The bathrooms were unisex and the showers had transparent doors!

Liked: an exceptionally quiet street, clean rooms and linen. cheap and empty

Disliked: internet not always working hostel is in progress with renovation, there were some drilling workers who seem to also live there in the hostel

Liked: I stayed in a private double and the room was adequate. The location was excellent, very close to the tram and the old city. The directions provided were good. The luggage storage service was excellent, as was the free internet. We arrived a few hours before check in and they showed us to our room right away. Definitely good for a short stay if youre on a budget.

Disliked: The amount of smoking, drinking, fat Polish men walking around without shirts on - I really would think twice about staying here if I was a solo female traveller...I got the impression that these men were long-term guests. The lack of toilet paper was often an issue - as was the clogged drain and flooding of one of the bathrooms. One of the other bathrooms featured an omnipresent stench of urine. I was also lucky enough to find a rather large, approx 25cm in diameter dark stain on my bed sheet, and my boyfriend found an old condom wrapper under his bed.

Liked: the luggage storage is quite good.

Disliked: Dirty, especially showers. Normal price for normal place. A little bit far from old town square. But reachable in 10-15 minutes by walking. Wiki is only available near reception not in room.
