Customer reviewThe folks at this hostel were sooo helpful! Our group ran into some problems when we got into Krakow-- One girl became really sick before we could check in. They made up a sofa for her to sleep in until a bed opened up, brewed her tea and checked in on her. When we couldn't get a train to Warsaw in time for our bus connection, (national holiday-the trains were booked up) they helped us get a new connection. They were some of the kindest people we ever met! |
