Liked: Good location, near Wawel castle and city center. There's a shop just next door.

Disliked: Hostel looks different from the promotional pictures. Twin room is small, but it's not problem if you need just bed and breakfast.

Liked: Great Location! Buffet Breakfast had lots of choices, white and rye bread, cheese, different kind of polish ham every day, pate, cheese spread, tomatoes...etc :) Be sure that you will book en suite room, difference in standard is huge!

Disliked: Breakfast kitchen was a bit small. I was sure that i booked en suite room, unfortunately i didnt. The mistake has been sorted smoothly with extra cost and after 2 days we moved to en suite one. The difference in standard was shocking. The previous room had bunk beds, was noisy and far from co bathroom. If you want your bedding and towels to be changed dont forget to inform reception :)

Liked: The hotel was pretty and the room was neat and comfortable. The staff was friendly and the laundry service was a nice bonus. Breakfast was pretty alright.

Disliked: The coffee machine in the kitchen and one of the two common computers weren't working properly.

Liked: NIce clean loft type room. Very secure. Great brekky included, and in a great location, only a few minutes walk into the main square. Would recommend it to anyone

Liked: very good place for very very good price. it's maybe a little far from bus and train station but it's only 5 minute walk away from old town and wawel castle. breakfast was one of the best we've seen in hostels. definitely recommended.

Disliked: there was a problem with the wi-fi when we arrived. but they managed to get it done and the blonde girl was a little rude against customers, but the rest of the staff was really helpful.

Liked: The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The decoration of the rooms is realy beautiful! The hostel is only a 5 minutes walk away from the main sqaire so its location is just perfect! The staff were really friendly and helpfull. At every hour of the day/night there's someone at the reception desk to help you and to guard the hostel.

Disliked: The kitchen was too small for all the guests staying in the hostel. This was a real problem during breakfast. A lot of people didn't have a table or chair to sit on. There weren't enough plates, cups, knives, forks, ... for everyone as well. Breakfast itself wasn't very luxurious either, it was very pover.

Liked: The staff was always willing to help us. Also I think is very cheap considering the high quality of rooms and also includes breakfast. Geat location!

Disliked: It was only a bit noisy during night if someone walked in the hall.

Liked: Great location, free internet, some staff were helfpul and friendly.

Disliked: Our room had stained duvets, stained walls (smeared with a mystery substance), a creaky bed with a sheet and duvet that didn't fit. There was no sound-proofing - so I could hear people vomiting at night - the curtains were transparent so it was hard to sleep and the bathrooms were not cleaned properly so floors were often wet and there were disgusting things in the shower plughole. Also, breakfast was poor and was not topped up so that when we came down towards the end of the breakfast period everything but crusts and jam were gone!

Liked: internet access very convenient to save on phone calls. Good touristic info with good maps of the city. The staff is young and very helpful. Breakfast is good taking into consideration the price for the accomodation.

Disliked: rooms should be cleaned even if client doesn't request.

Liked: it was fairly cheap and it was one of the only hostels to offer ensuit rooms.

Disliked: wasn't very clean and the room smelt a bit drainy.

Liked: We got a private room with a bathroom for a good money, clean and close to city center.

Disliked: During those 2 days internet didnt work (neither wireless or the one at the reception) and as I heard from other guests it's been a while like this. internet access is something really necessary and when it's fixed this place will be really nice. Another thing is that you can hear anything from your neighbores. I guess just changin doors would make it better.

Liked: very clean, fab helpful staff, great location too yurik- the guy who picked us up from airport, took us to auschwitz, salt mines & other local area's of interest all in one day went out of his way to give us all a memorable experience of Krakow! would defo return!

Disliked: need a mirror in the bedroom area, but that is it !

Liked: I LOVE THIS! I stayed in over 20 hostels over the past 2.5 years and this has to be my favourite. it is not located directly in the old town, but it only takes 5 minutes to get there. the rooms are gorgeous, definitely hotel-standard! we booked a three person private room and our room was '2 levels'. there was a hugeee double bed on the bottom level for one person, and two single beds on the 2nd level for two of us. there was even a flat-screen tv in the room (a first for hostels). the shower was clean, the rooms are not cleaned everyday so you have to keep it clean. but I was just so impressed with the room. the breakfast served free daily is lovely also!

Disliked: nothing at all, highly recommended!
