Liked: The hostel has a great location, just the far side of the park that circulates the city. The room was spotlessly clean. We are a family of 5 (3 children under 12) and the room more than met our needs - the kids were delighted with the mezzanine level where their beds were. Excellent value.

Liked: All, is excelent, the rooms are better than a lot of 3 and 4 star western europe Hotels, a big value for money. And the best of the hostel is "Magic" (I don`t know how to spell his name) a big guy in the reception, very helfull and friendly, if you have any problem you can talk with him, the other staff was also ok, only a little girl that was some strange. The best hostel of the best city of eastern Europe, no doubt. Highly recomended.

Liked: the staff was great! we arrived at 7 am and we couldn-t go to our room until midday. still they let us take a shower and eat their breakfast. and after we checked out they let us return in the evening and cook dinner! everything was really neat and clean, everybody was really nice to us. it's a calm place near the old town. no party crews, calm enough to get a good night sleep.

Liked: We didn't expect a room as nice as this one...it was like a hotel! with a lot of mirrors...and a big TV. It was very good located, between the main square and the wawel castle...

Liked: It was clean and the rules that respected others and their sleep. They had plenty of accomodations like wash or transport. staff was nice and it was affordable

Liked: The crew were very helpful, nice and there were two lovely lady's working there... The Hostel is very clean and comfortable. They even program for you the travels to Auschwitz and to the salt mines. It is very nice!!!
