Liked: The owner gave everyone a bottle of bubbly to help them celebrate new years which was a very nice touch. Very Friendly staff and extra helpful. Great Location,clean,relaxed...enjoy!

Liked: it was the best hostel ever !! very clean and cheap. besides, each floor has kitchen so breakfast was fantastic !

Liked: The staff was friendly and they all spoke English. The location is just between the market squer and Vavel Castle. It is just renovated and very clean. The room was very smal though, it was quite freezing. The breakfast was poor. It was noisy beacuse we lived just close to the citchen.

Liked: It was very clean and the staff were fantastic. It was just what you wanted from a hostel: 24 hour staff, breakfast whenever you liked, help booking a taxi etc. The hostel itself was rather basic but they had everything you could have wanted.

Liked: Great staff, knowledgable. Very secure and clean. Lots of hot water. Free internet access. Dont be discouraged by the entrance.

Liked: Kitchen in upper floor was fantastic for us who played in a tournament of cards and needed to play a lot. Big tables and free internet were great. The room for five people was also very nice.

Liked: The staff were very helpful, it was very well kept and it was overall one of the best hostels I've been to. Location was perfect, just a few blocks from the city center. Great atmosphere, highly recommend!

Liked: Staff were great. All spoke great English and were very willing to help. Breakfast was included and was good. Very close to the old town and the Wawel castle.

Liked: We have stayed at heaps of hostels over the past 8 months and this hostel was one of the best.Our room was clean, nicely furnished and had the biggest tv!!!The kitchen area was clean and had all mod cons and the internet was free too!!Great breaky also.
