Liked: generally this is a safe and good hostel, clean and mainatined very well!! I would come back any time.

Disliked: There was a problem in our room in that the ensuite bathrrom really stank!!! i think this was the plumbing, because the other ensuite room we had before was excellent.

Liked: Was very clean and classy. Felt more like a hotel then a hostel but had hostel facilities like a kitchen, internet, laundry etc. We booked the double ensuite room which was awesome. Had a coloured theme to the room and a loft where 2 other people could have slept. Was very very clean and had excellent WI-FI access in the room. Breakfast included was bread and ham, cheese, tomato etc. Close to the old town, trams and buses and a 20min walk from main bus station. Can book tours to Auschwitz and Salt mines and im sure many others. Highly recommend this place!!!

Liked: ease of getting places, very good positionvery good breakfast

Disliked: let you in when you buzzed but never challenged anyone walking straight up the stairs once in the building.

Liked: proximity to centre, value for money, cherrfully decorated

Disliked: bed was quite hard (thin mattress on wooden boards), bed linen was clean but in holes in parts

Liked: Very hostel like, good location, free wifi, packed lunch style meal for breakfast with a few kitchen facilities but that's about it.

Disliked: Very noisey, we had families with kids next to us and the walls are really thin. Wasn't impressed with the shared bathrooms when the website doesn't clearly show you which one you're booking. Felt like a wannabe upmarket hostel. Seen better.

Disliked: staff were very unfriendly, often reception was unmanned so we were left standing outside waiting for them to return from the shops because "they werent busy..." bad placement of internet access, not really appropriate to be placed right next to the bathrooms. and also not being able to lock a shower behind you in a shared bathroom made for an uncomfortable shower time.

Disliked: Our bathroom smelled bad, but it was clean. Everything looks very Ikea, Internet in hostel didnt work for 2 days but this might be the provider's fault

Liked: Kitchen was great and free internet. However we were directed to another building to a private room. The bed was broken and dirty but the bathroom made up for this. The staff were helpful and friendly .

Liked: We were caught up with the flight delays due to the volcanic eruption and the staff at the hostel were extremely helpful. They assisted people with information and communication difficulties and gave us an upgrade to an apartment at no extra cost when we were unable to stay in our room due to previous booking. I have rated all aspects of the hostel good. It’s a pity the “Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff” category did not have an excellent option.

Liked: The pictures presented on website are only from the exclusive apartments( for this price you can stay at a hotel), the simple private rooms and the dorms have no picture uploaded. The location is very good.

Liked: We lived in a room for 4 ppl... It was a very nice room with bright colours and comfy beds... We were very pleased with our stay... The room was big and had its own shower and toilet so that was good. It was better than we had emagined... Good price aswell!! Liked: everything abt kadetus was awesome, not to miss out the friendly staffs especially JACEK..enjoyed my stay there....just that it was quite pricely for the 3rd night i spent there..cld hav been even happier if it was slightly cheaper...other than that, thumbs up for KADETUS..
