Liked: It was clean, close walking distance to everything. The staff were increadibly friendly upon arrival and made every effort to accomodate us even though we arrived very early!!!!

Liked: staff was friendly, organization flexible and bathrooms new, the location was great- next to Kazimierz where you could go to bars, restaurants etc. and Wawel and the central market were also near

Liked: Perfectly located between the Old City, Wawel Castle and the Kazimierz Jewish district. Despite the busy road, a very quiet place to sleep and the bathroom was very clean. There was no commonroom, but there was free internet and coffee and tea.Very helpfull staff: The key of the luggageroom was missing, but we could leave our bags at the reception. Value for money!!!!!
