Liked: Really friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location and value for money.

Disliked: We stayed in the Four Bed Private Dorm, which was right next to reception. There was a lot of noise when guests were coming and going. The door rattled alot when the main door was open and closed. A separating door between reception and where the rooms and showers were would have helped.

Liked: I felt like family the second I walked in. The atmosphere was cosy and welcoming, the people working there are incredibly friendly and helpful, its a great place to meet other travellers, the free dinners are delicious, fantastic showers, we got taken out all together to the local clubs/bars too. When I lost my wallet they went to a lot of effort to help me recover it. The best hostel I have ever stayed at - I didn't want to leave!

Liked: the staff were really helpful, there is free dinner and breakfast which is amazing because it's quite cheap to stay there, and the showers are insane - you can play music in them, have jets, and blue lights!

Disliked: sometimes the showers can get cold... but the staff can fix it if you let them know.

Liked: I thought the hostel was amazing for young people! I loved the fact you got free breakfast and dinner, friendly staff including Marek who took you out to the nightclubs. The staff are extremely helpful. The showers are amazing- so powerful and hot! The hostel is very clean, cosy, a great place to meet people. Fabulous for the price we paid! Will definitely come back!

Liked: Great people, awesome facilities and it was fantastic getting both breakfast and dinner included.

Disliked: The walls to the rooms were a little thin, so all noise in the reception could be heard from our bedroom. But the good far outweighs the bad!!

Liked: The best part about this is the social aspect - you get to meet people and there are lots of organised events. They really know how to make Krakow fun! And the free dinners are awesome :-)

Liked: The hostel was really comfy and luxurious. I was amazed by how clean it was kept, the cleaner came in our room every day to mop the floor and communal areas were kept immaculate. The staff were really friendly and couldn't do enough to make your stay as comfortable and fun as possible. They gave us loads of information about the local area, prepared really tasty food and also socialised with us in the evening.

Liked: Great value for money, cca 22€/night/person around New year's eve for sleeping+breakfast and dinner! The staff were more than helpful.

Disliked: 4-bed room was better than 3-bed private (in 3 -bedded room no closets, but a sink in the room).

Liked: Friendly, open, everyone chatted to each other. Dinner and breakfast were both included and tasted great.

Liked: This hostel is the best hostel I have ever stayed during all my travels. They have everything for free, brilliant dinners, fantastic breakfasts that include eggs and pancakes or other yummy hot food. Best place to chill after partying too hard with all the hostel staff. They go out of there way to make sure you have a good.

Disliked: Leaving.... wish I could have stayed a lot longer.
