Liked: They had an amazing free breakfast, and then gave us free dinner and beer too... on both of the two nights we stayed. They offered us some amazing tour options and booked us into tours with great guides, took us on the cheapest vodka party of our lives and were always able to help out in any way we needed. Literally the best hostel I've stayed at ever. And me, my sister and about 3 other people there were saying that they were curious if all the positive comments were fake.... clearly they were not. Guess you'll have to go and see the awesomeness for yourself.

Disliked: That I couldn't stay longer.... it was freaking amazing!

Liked: Absolutely everything, it was perfect for what we were looking for - friendly place with great staff and met so many amazing people, and we only ended up staying one night! Will definitely be returning in the future..

Liked: Excellent. I initially was supposed to stay for 4 nights but that turned into 7 nights and then I returned later on in my trip I came back for an additional 3 nights. Great place to meet people, party, and have fun. Free 'real' breakfast and supper makes staying in Krakow even more affardable. The staff is amazing, made a lot of personal freindships with them. Oh yah and all you can drink vodka shots and free entrance into the clubs for $12!!!!!!

Liked: Great place to meet people. We had such a good time at Greg and Tom's. The receptionist was so helpful and ready to answer any questions. They organized fun nights out or nights in every single night. The place had great facilities, a great TV room, kitchen and common area.

Liked: everything! the staff was amazingly helpful and sweet. they fed us dinner even when we arrived at 10 pm. they gave us information about the hostel, krakow, bars, tours, everything. the hostel itself was extremely comfortable and friendly - the welcoming atmosphere definitely made the people staying there open up to eachother more than anywhere else i've seen. the location was great, it was safe, everything was close - i loved it!

Disliked: at first i thought there were too few bathrooms, but i stayed for 3 days and never ran into a problem. so really, nothing

Liked: One of the best hostels, food included, central location, helpful and knowledgable staff, secure lockers, clean and nice bathrooms.... But most of all, its SO MUCH FUN! Especially if you're on your own because you meet people instantly and its great fun going out with them. Its also a small hostel which i like.

Disliked: Honestly nothing.

Liked: I liked soo much! I felt in home! Good location, staff incredible who pointed everything to me, clean and good enviroment! I recomend for sure! The only thing that i didnt like was the loundry service because my clothes came back all squeezed in a plastic bag, so I spent a while just ironing my clothes!

Liked: We had an excellent stay in Krakow. The hostel staff is there 24/7. they speak a ton of languages and offer free breakfast and free dinner! Even if you get there really late they'll still prepare you a sandwich or something along those lines. The rooms themselves were clean and spacious for a hostel. The (shared) shower is a dream come true. The evening program is fun and the facilities great. Whether you feel like chilling out and watching a movie or rocking Guitar Hero - they have a lot of stuff to keep their guests entertained. Their hints for trips and places to see were very valuable to us... they really take their time with you when you get there, explaining the whole city on the map and point out good places to see. All in all, a great stay.

Disliked: The wireless Internet connection didn't reach our room. But we could always take the laptops into the common area or use the computers there.

Liked: an aboslutely fantastic stay, all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, there was a brilliant atmosphere amongst all there, and i would say the facilities on offer are the best out of the many hostels i have visited across europe. great location and i cant recommend it enough!

Liked: Brilliant area of town, free food (and free beer one night), free tea coffee etc, facilites were open 24/7, very modern showers, PS3, Nintendo WII were free to use, it was very clean, very helpful and informative staff, (especially the blonde girl - sorry can't remember your name :-) ) free use of towels, fast-free internet, great atmosphere. EVERYTHING was 10 times better than what we expected for 13 Euro's a night and we think you'd be mad to stay anywhere else

Liked: The showers are pretty nice (if you can work them). There are two television screens and lots of D.V.D.s and games to borrow. Breakfast extends for much longer than in most hostels and is fairly good. The staff are pretty helpful. While not the best (i.e. inside the Planty), the location is not bad.

Disliked: The interlinked computer room, kitchen and sitting room are rather small and underground, with only 'atmosphere' lighting suitable for evenings. If you just want to hang out in the day and read a book, then they are not really suitable. The lighting in the bathrooms is similarly dim, so I couldn't see how to use the very high-tech showers. On some nights they have paid events (e.g. unlimited shots for two hours for 25 zloty, when a whole bottle of vodka is only about 20 zloty) in the sitting room: if you don't want to take part in those (because you know they are poor value) then you are rather left out as you have to go somewhere else. In any normal hostel, drinking games take place naturally with self-bought alcohol, and that's a much better situation. They make you wear a bright wristband for your whole stay "in case you get lost". I found this to be humiliating, and also objected to being a free (well, paying!) advertising hoarding for them. If you don't eat meat, and even if you do, then the dinner options are severely limited. Eating out in Cracow is extremely good value, so it would be much better if the fee were a bit lower and they didn't bother with dinner.

Liked: I've stayed in a lot of hostels and have often thought about what I would like my hostel to be like if I could open one myself someday. It would be pretty much like Greg and Tom's. Just fantastic. Great atmosphere, facilities, location, staff and social events.

Disliked: The only thing I could dislike is that it isn't a very big hostel.
