Liked: The team had very useful tips for food and location. There was a water boiler on the room, very practical.

Disliked: The walls are a bit thin in the house. From our room, the shower of the other rooms was a bit loud.

Liked: perfect location, the guys in the reception are really nice with warm smile on their faces trying to help and guide, clean rooms, safety...

Liked: The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean and the staff were very helpful. Additionally the hotel is located less than 1 minutes walk from the main square in Krakow. Overall I'd recommend this place to anyone travelling with friends.

Disliked: Nothing although if you were travelling alone this isn't the type of hotel where you'd meet other people.

Liked: The hotel room was very clean and homely, especially with the yellow and orange colour scheme. Located near the main Market Square, it was really easy to get to anywhere we wanted to. Most praiseworthy was the common room in the hotel. Stocked with a good selection of novels and maps, it was great for relaxing in after long day of sight-seeing. The availability of a computer with Internet for free was also much appreciated.

Liked: Location, location, location! Just 2 minutes walk from the buzzing old town. Nice hostel-like atmosphere but with the privacy of your own en suite room. Free wi-fi and computer with internet. Friendly, helpful staff.

Disliked: Echoing corridors...unfortunate. Its an old building so doors bang, floorboards creak and despite the hotel asking people to be quiet between 22:00 and 08:00, they are not! Only bad point.

Liked: centrally situated in a lovely square near to the art museum. some lovely bars nearby and very helpful staff who spoke excellent english.

Disliked: having to use three different keys and then climb two flights of stairs to get to our room.

Liked: This is a great little place to stay and so full of character! The staff are really friendly and helpful. Really quiet and peaceful. If you are after a party hostel this probably isn't the right place to go but if you are after a quiet, friendly place with great location, this is perfect. Great place, I would recommend to anyone and everyone!

Liked: Helpful staff, very clean, very good location, very good value for money, and free safety deposit box, have never had that. Ice in communal fridge along with supplied milk. Excellent.

Liked: Location by far was the best and it was a quiet hotel. The double room was comfortable and quite spacious. The bathroom was clean but had no soap / shampoo so bring these just in case, and no hairdryers for the ladies. The staff were friendly and helpful and I would recommend this to anyone.

Liked: everything was excellent in the hotel especially the shower, only downside is the pillows for the beds were wafer thin so if you like big pillows ask at reception for extra ones, i would defo recommend as close to the centre as you can get with out the noise!!!

Liked: The location was perfect - 2 mins walk to the main square. Staff were very friendly and helped was with choosing reastaurants, waht to see in the city, etc. Will definitely recommend!
