Liked: The location of the hotel was excellent & the staff could not be more helpful. The airport transfers and excursions which the hotal arranged for us were done with the minimum of fuss,and the helpfulness of the hotel staff meant that we could enjoy our time in Krakow without worrying about whether things were going to get done, how would we get to places etc. The accommodation is basic, but clean, tidy and well run

Liked: "Nice clean, warm room with comfortable beds. Lots of space for 3 adults sharing a family room. Bathroom was as good as new - good shower, plenty of hot water, towels(supplied) could be dried on a heated rail. Excellent location - central, but our room overlooked the quiet courtyard. Staff were friendly and helpful. We thought that a total cost of 75PLN for collection from the airport was very good value. Thank you Globtroter - highly recommended. "

Liked: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Upon arrival we were given a detailed map of the city and Peter at reception reccomended restaurants for evening and breakfasts... all of which were fantastic! The hotel was quiet, clean and in a brilliant location.

Liked: Clean, very friendly, excellent location, and quiet. It was the perfect place to stay for someone interested in the culture and history of Kakow rather than the party scene. I will most certainly be back!

Liked: The location was fantastic, right near the sqaure and old town. The staff were very helpful. Told us the best restaurants to go to., also organised the Auschwitz tour for us. The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet and very good value for money.
