Chris BainesThe location of the hotel was excellent & the staff could not be more helpful. The airport transfers and excursions which the hotal arranged for us were done with the minimum of fuss,and the helpfulness of the hotel staff meant that we could enjoy our time in Krakow without worrying about whether things were going to get done, how would we get to places etc. The accommodation is basic, but clean, tidy and well run |

Customer review"Nice clean, warm room with comfortable beds. Lots of space for 3 adults sharing a family room. Bathroom was as good as new - good shower, plenty of hot water, towels(supplied) could be dried on a heated rail. Excellent location - central, but our room overlooked the quiet courtyard. Staff were friendly and helpful. We thought that a total cost of 75PLN for collection from the airport was very good value. Thank you Globtroter - highly recommended. " |
