Liked: Staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the Halloween party at the hostel!!!

Disliked: Didn't appreciate having cold showers, also difficult to share one bathroom between two dorm rooms.

Liked: Fantastic hostel. Excellent location. Decent kitchen (small, but works fine). Dorm rooms are a decent size. And a really cool bar! The location is just the best, and there is toast for breakfast right up until lunchtime. Lots of activities are promoted, and they can give you information about other hostels too. We stayed here an extra two days. Showers are fantastic - hot, and good pressure. They give you lockers, with padlocks

Disliked: A bit cold - I had to slept in my clothes to be warm enough, but the rooms do have heaters. And of course we are in Poland.

Liked: Nathan's Villa ticks all the boxes of a phenomenal hostel experience. The basics are absolutely spot on - beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious, security is tight, bathrooms and dorms are clean.The location is absolutely excellent as well - positioned equadistantly between Kazimierz and Wawel - both only 2 minutes walk away.From a fun point of view the hostel always has a great, laid back crowd and excellent facilities including a bar, daily barbecue in the beer garden, pool table and a mini-cinema. It's as good as if not better than a lot of bars I've been to!This most recent stay was my third in nathan's villa Krakow and I will continue to come back - I have also stayed in 4-5 star hotels in Krakow and would still come back to Nathan's because it is by miles the most fun hostel ever and the best place to meet likeminded travellers.

Liked: Good location, short walk to castle and old town. On site cellar bar a good place to have some drinks and meet people, and they'll pretty much stay open as long as people want to drink. Can book trips through reception and they'll offer advice on good places to eat. Dorms clean and safe with huge bunk beds!

Liked: Good location and friendly staff.

Disliked: Sadly our room was broken into and items were stolen. the staff were great and helped translate at the police station so the whole expereince could have been worse.

Liked: It was quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful and did try to sort out the issues I raised. Good location. Bedrooms were clean and well equipped with towels included in the price.

Disliked: One toilet and shower (in the same room) for at least ten people and I think it was more than that. This meant that people could not go to the toilet while someone else was showering and there was always a queue for the facilities. I was there for two days and did not see any evidence that the shower room was cleaned during that time - even when I arrived the bin was overflowing with used toilet paper and the floor was dirty. The first night I got there late and was tired and dirty and had to have a very cold shower because there was no hot water. I expected alot more from a hostel that was recommended by LP and one of the top ten worldwide.

Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful...the bunk beds were not creaky like they are in this hostel I'm at in London. The location i s very convenient

Disliked: The noise the first night from partying and doors clanging made sleep impossible....the next night it was much quieter as apparently those party animals had left....after that it was a pleasant place to stay

Liked: I had so much fun staying with the guys here. Friendly place and the bar downstairs staffed by a couple of aussies were great to chat with. They showed me the places to go to eat as well.A great atmosphere with the pool table and mini movie cinema as well. Only problem I had was that the free wifi has trouble working with some mac computers.Defiantly staying here again when I return to krakow.
