Liked: These apartments are very well designed, maintained and equipped. They are in a really fantastic location, five minutes walk from the Main Square. The staff are helpful and friendly. We didn't see anyone around to talk to, but we didn't really expect that as it was an apartment, rather than a hotel or hostel.

Disliked: The bed did smell a little like a previous client had had an accident in it!!!

Liked: everything...there is also sauna, stream room and jaguzzi that ones can use...superb....really enjoyed it there... :)

Liked: The Royal Plaza apartments are actually called Angel Plaza which is confusing. To check in you have to go to the hostel opposite which isn't explained anywhere. The apartment itself was brilliant and really good value for money. You also got the benefit of breakfast and help at the hostel. The apartment we stayed in was really clean, modern and spacious. Please note you have to ask for extra towels. The location was spot on. It was only a 5-10 minute walk to the main square which was staright up the road we were on. The staff at the hostel were really helpful but you have to ask for help!!! If I went to Krakow again I would definetly stay here! 5/5.
