Liked: Great place to stay, especially if you need privacy (double room).

Disliked: Gas heater failed two times, but thanks to staff everything was allright after a few hours.

Liked: Walking distance to old town, helpful staff, good value.

Disliked: Sheets and towels could have been cleaner but were tolerable. Not an ideal place to meet other travelers (but like they say, it's not a hostel). I had my laundry sent out, which was cheap, but one of my garments didn't come back and another was ruined when they bleached it.

Liked: It is located very close to the city center and has un unbeatable price for the rooms.

Disliked: The rooms were a bit dusty and did not have a bin. Moreover, there were stains in the shower cabin due to too much moisture and the toilet seat was not fixed properly to the toilet.

Liked: Not in the city centre, but very close...

Disliked: A lot of things didn't work or work bad, like the WC or the shower. Anyway the worst thing was the bed, very dirty, with a lot of hair.

Liked: This was a nice, clean, quiet, tidy hostel. It was a good place to stay for us as a couple, the room (more like a small apartment) was very nice and we felt it was good value for money.

Liked: Two of our rooms had a small kitchenette (though not necessarily with any pans), and they were very nice attic rooms with ensuites. Good location with supermarket almost next door.

Disliked: Exceptionally slow and indifferent receptionists, and we had to move rooms three times in three nights. Our second room was very unclean and had no kitchen. Most rooms are probably lovely, like two of ours were, but if you're unlucky then some rooms probably aren't great. If you get a good room, they are very good. And they had no local maps, which is pretty basic.

Liked: Our private was almost like a small flat with kitchenette and private bathroom, and it was really spacious too. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nothing to complain actually, it was really a good value for money. Not really a place to meet other travelerst though, but very recommendable for couples and for those who want to have some peace and quiet nights.

Liked: Good location for sights and a supermarket close by. Two room apartment with kitchenette and shower/toilet that was much better than the building's old exterior and ancient, creaking staircase would suggest.. Good, basic facilities that did the job. Clean and well maintained. Value for money.

Liked: Excellent location 7 minutes from the main square, awesome staff who are super knowledgeable and friendly, great restaurants right out the door, very clean, excellent private rooms (w kitchenette, bathroom and hot showers)for the money, you just can't beat this deal of a place. Enjoy!

Liked: for those who just want to have a roof above the head, this is a very good place. Very simple but also very clean. I would also say that this price for what you get is a bit too high. But well,this is Krakow. Anyway it was worth to stay there as it is very close to the main square and still very quite.
