Liked: I had a fantastic stay at this property, I extended my stay twice! Everything was marvellous & that says it all.

Disliked: just a comment to visitors - the private rooms are not staffed 24/7 so be sure to confirm your arrival time via email, it makes accessing the property easier for you & the staff

Liked: perfect location, just 2 minutes from Wavel, cosy atmosphere, friendly staff, simple food in the fridge all the time

Liked: Friendly, homestyle accommodations. Showers are great, 24 hour available coffee, tea, brad, jam., butter.

Disliked: Necessary to pre-arrange arrival time with staff or else you are left waiting without a way to enter the building.

Liked: Excellent location, close to main market square, Wawel castle and bus and tram stops to get anywhere else. All of the staff were super helpful with information on what to do in Krakow and surrounding area, finding train and bus schedules and anything else we needed help with. Having a washing machine to use for free was great and the free dinner on Thursday was excellent.

Liked: This place was great! Just a block away from the Wawel, so a good location, but far enough away from the Rynek (main square) that I didn't have to listen to buskers playing the saxophone all night. Quiet, clean and nice. Good wi-fi throughout the facility. Free washing machine available. A simple breakfast of bread, jam, cereal and milk, also beverages available at no cost. Note that I stayed in the location where private rooms are available and this is NOT the same place that lets out beds in their dormitories. Also, as this is a small location a staff person is not always available to let you in. You must arrive at a designated time to be let in. This could be a little tricky if you arrived late and didn't have a mobile phone to advise them.

Liked: An amazing place to stay in Krakow. Spotlessly clean accomodations and convenient location on a quiet street that's a short walk from the main square, castle, and train/bus station. Great complimentary breakfast selection. The rooms are big with comfy beds and towels/sheets are provided free of charge. Never experienced any waits for the shared bathrooms, which was a huge plus. Free internet access and use of the hostel's computers was very helpful. And laundry facilities were free to use. Staff are incredible - friendly, helpful, and attentive to travellers' needs. Would definitely stay again!

Liked: Great old Krakowian town house, lots of space, friendly staff, breakfast, wifi, and all in a good location close to the old town.

Liked: Very nice, cosy apartment that really makes you feel like home! Breakfast is there for you so you eat when you feel like it. Quiet, in a very nice neighbourhood, almost next to Wawel castle. Bikes for free which was a great thing! We've spent all days biking, seeing a lot more that we would only walking or using public transport. Very recommended.

Liked: Great staff and a great atmosphere! I would stay at this hostel again without question and would recommend it to anyone visiting Krakow.

Disliked: Would be nice to have self access to hostel during late hours (had to wake someone up).

Liked: Great location, peacefull thought in the center.

Disliked: Not much furniture in the room. We had a double and it had just a bed, a lamp and minuscule cupbord.

Liked: This hostel was our favourite of our whole trip!! Excellent value for money, a 5 min walk from the main square! Staff are really friendly and willing to help out in whatever way they can! Free dinner on the Thursday is a brilliant way to meet people and we had some great nights out with the people in the hostel!

Liked: Stayed in the Private Rooms with family and it was nice and quiet on an evening.

Disliked: Private Rooms lack the hostel feel completely. Not much chance of getting talking to others.

Liked: Overall, this hostel was nice. The private rooms are in a separate location, there are a total of 5 rooms here. The rooms/bathrooms are nice and clean, too. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.

Disliked: Like I said, overall the hostel was nice- although there were a couple of things that we didn't love.. If your a light sleeper it may be hard to sleep completely through the night if people are up and around, the floors are creaky and the doors are hard to shut and unlock. Also, there was a family with two small children (1 baby & around a 3yr old) staying here, the kids were very loud (crying at 1am) and woke up very early. In my opinion, small children shouldn't be allowed, it made it very difficult to sleep and to stay asleep in the mornings. Although, I think that is more disrespectful on the families side and no necessarily a problem with the hostel.

Liked: one -point, the luggage-service is at the hostel and not in the private rooms, why there is nog always someone at the private rooms.
