Liked: I really enjoyed my days there. We got a double room with a very big bed and another one smaller, but the big was even for 3 people! I shared kitchen and bathroom just with the people from the other room next to ours and we never had problems waiting for anything. It was very close to the centre, I went there always walking. You have some supermarkets close. It was very good place, I would recommend it. But the guy at the desk could be more friendly, anyway, it's very good and recomendable place.

Disliked: hmmm I was very happy after my holidays there... I dont know what i would change...

Liked: Relatively close to town but still a decent walk.

Disliked: Bathroom was filthy and stunk of mould, constantly covered in water due to lack of drainage. Towels were hand towels and smelt bad. We were told the washing machine was broken so couldn't do laundry, this was one of the main reasons we stayed here. How were they washing towels and sheets!? Wifi stopped working so I asked about it and was told that it was working just fine. I asked again and told them they needed to restart the modem however was told again it was working. (I have a masters of network and system administration...).

Liked: The only advantage is that is so cheap while not being so far from the city centre, it takes just 15 minutes or so walking. Worth it if you're on a tight budget or really don't mind about the quality accommodation at all.

Disliked: Rooms were quite orrible and the staff not so helpful but again, I didn't expect anything better for the price

Liked: It's near the Centre, a good value for the money: cheap but nice and clean. The staff is friendly. There are great possibilities to go on excursions from the hostel.

Liked: Good value. Nothing else nearby would give near a $16-E12/night/person rate for a private 2-person room during high season.

Disliked: It is a good place if you're trying to save money--that's about it. No character, funny smell, 15-20 minute walk to the main square or anything else interesting. It served our purpose of a cheap place to sleep and a warm shower and nothing more.

Liked: The rooms were airy and bright. The staff was helpful and approachable, and the computers were fast and always free. It was a nice walk to Stare Miasto.

Disliked: There were not many restaurants or stores nearby.

Liked: the room was quiet big and with loads of sunlight

Disliked: uncomfortable beds very little sinks the staff don't detach the eyes from the screen to watch you in the face when you're asking them something

Disliked: One of the stuff guys don't care about our luggage - he promised to care about our luggage (put into the luggage room), but he didn't, he left on the reception room.

Liked: It was quiet and it met my needs.

Liked: It's a really value-for-money place. Simple, clean and cheap. It's not directly in the centre, but a walk away from the market square. If you want to go to Kazimierz - it's much further. In any case - if you're looking for cheap stay with no frills, that's the one.

Liked: The hostel was good value, and we got an apartment section, with table and chairs as well as kitchen facilities, which was unexpected and nice.

Disliked: The hostel did seem a bit unclean and on the whole was not so well lit. The location is OK but not great; however it is easy to find and on the big street.

Disliked: There are common toilets on the top floor and some of the other guests did not really know how to flush it.

Liked: The Internet page about the hostel must be updated. And I was not warned that many trams routes in Krakow have been changed and maps are out of date. The same about stops names, and streets names. I spend about 2 hours trying to get back to the hostel by tram.

Liked: It was simple, but met my needs as I suspected that it would. Most of all, I was pleased that the desk manager knew who I was when I arrived. It made me feel very good. I think that a pleasant personality can make up for a lot of weak points.
