Liked: it wasn't to far from Krakow city centre, it was near shops & a market

Disliked: sometimes it was noisy with other people staying in large groups, but we where at the other end of the hostel, which wasn't so noisy.

Liked: THe staff were extremely helpful at this hostel - to the point that they did our washing for us!!! we were allowed to leave our bags after we checked out whilst we waited for our train and the staff went out of their way to help us.

Disliked: Didn't like being woken at 8.30am by hoovering in the hall, but then it has to be done sometime!

Liked: Good location, near to Old Town.

Liked: - good value for money and they were lovely and sorted a taxi to the airport for us.

Disliked: - not much going on, no luggage room, minimal really!

Liked: It was relatively well located, cheap and clean.

Disliked: The rooms were not like what we ordered (we didn't get a double room).

Liked: Our room was nice & clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. Next to the shop there was small shop where you could buy Zubrowka for a quite good price;) The hostel is located at a nice district, you couldn't hear any noise from the street (but within the hostel - from the other guests yes).

Disliked: There were separate bathrooms on the corridor (so it's positive), but in rush our it is not enough for the people if the hostel is fully booked.

Liked: The price was good, nice and quite location. Supermarket next door!

Disliked: It was a bit poor looking, also the facilities. The staff was a bit cranky. To bad there is no relax area, just a very small kitchen. They wanted us to pay the deposit paid to hostelbookers.com again to them, I had to show them a copy of the emailconfirmation of hostelbookers.com. Pretty sad.

Disliked: tripping up coming out of your room like a piece of wood going across floor of doorway
