Liked: The staff were great and the hostel provided facilities like Pool and Table Football for free which was a great facility when at the bar. It was really relaxed with the staff friendly and made it easy to talk with other guests. The hostel may not be the most modern hostel but it makes up for it in atmosphere. Cheers :)

Liked: great price and an amazing location the staff were very helpful and could always answer questions. if they didnt know the answer they would find out good breakfast included in the price

Disliked: the events that were supposedly offered every night were very poorly organized, and required walking 20 minutes across town to get to. and when there, it seemed as though no one, ie the staff, really knew was was supposed to be going on.

Liked: You feel at home, the people are so kind and all the things they can try to make you confortable they do. They have an awelsome breakfast, free food during the day at the living room like snaks and the dont think that much about money, for example things that they could charge for example the fussball or the billard, they let it for free. The beds are confortable, it's that kind of bed that when you on the bed that's down you dont hit your head on the bed above. Cheers :) BRASIL!

Liked: Possibly the best hostel I have ever stayed in - especially for the low price. The staff was helpful and spoke English very well. They have planned events every night if you want to meet people which are really fun. The rooms are extremely clean and you get a nice big storage space for your things and there were no extra charges for anything. Good wirelsss reception too. The whole buidling was charming and immaculate. Could not have better things to say about this place. Cheers :)

Liked: Great hostel in a great town right on the main square. Almost every night there was something organized to help you meet other travelers and see different parts of the town. Definitely recommend to others. Salud!!

Disliked: Nothing really bad to say, maybe the kitchen is a little small but they had a good breaky so I didn't really need it.

Liked: Super close location to the city center and train station. Clean and secure place to sleep. You feel like at home when you sitting in the common room. Great*** helpful***, beautiful***, staff. Are the all staffs girl here? =)

Liked: free breakfast with bread, cheese, meats, salads, cereal, juice. really friendly staff. free coffee all day. free internet and wifi. free linen and towels. in the centre of krakow with restaurants, bars, shopping and main square a few minutes walk away. they have events on most nights too for people to join in. cool common area and fully equipped kitchen. really cheap laundry service. each bed has its personal locker.

Disliked: beds were pretty uncomfortable - could feel the wooden slats under the thin foam mattress. only one shower for 2 x 12 bed dorm rooms... lots of stairs up to the top rooms which isnt great for those with heavy bags. luggage room also at the very top. the beds didnt have personal powerpoints and some had no lights... also no mirrors in the rooms, only the bathrooms.

Liked: Location is probably the best one you could get, Free breakfast is absolutely awesome and what to say about the girls at the reception, they were all of them (Ulas, Asia and cant remember the name of the other one i talked with) really nice and helpful, and they are always concerned about their guests.

Disliked: There is just one bathroom every 2 rooms, that means one shower every more than 15 people and i guess during the peak season that could be a problem, it wasnt for me since i went there in a low season.

Liked: really excellent location, great big breakfast which starts early and ends late. towels on offer too, but you need to ask for them as they won't mention this to you on arrival. helpful staff re: how to get places, booking taxis etc.

Disliked: security pretty low - you have to buzz to get up but they let anyone that buzzes in. some guy off the street was caught by the police stealing stuff when i was there. just dont leave anything valuable in the room and you're right though. coffee machine really doesn't work. cold showers!! (but usually there's another shower you can use, although at some point i heard they were all cold)

Liked: This is a good hostel for someone who wants to have a party all night.

Disliked: This hostel is really really noisy. This is great for someone who wants to stay up all night but i had an early flight the next day so wasn't ideal for me. My bed was very uncomfortable - the mayyress was a thin layer of foam. The locker under my bed didn't lock so wasn't secure at all. The hostel isn't too clean, the bathroom was a bit grim and there was no hot water.
