Liked: It's location was awesome. As was the breakfast, cleanliness and female receptionists. We really loved to whole hostel and the lockers under the bed and bunk lights were an awesome touch. Thank you.

Disliked: The male receptionist with the facial hair was rude and made us feel unwelcome. He was far more interested in his loud, inappropriate music and entertaining his friends.

Liked: Right in the middle of Krakow with big rooms. The lockers below the bed were large enought to fit my entire travel backpack in. Friendly staff.

Liked: The hostel had breakfast included and was clean. It was pretty close to the main square.

Disliked: Twice there was no hot water for showering.

Liked: a great hostel breakfast and location the girls where who worked at the hostel where friendly and helpful

Disliked: the guy who work there playing his music that loud that he work me and a couple of other people up on the floor above the reception at 8.30am

Liked: amazing such a friendly atmosphere!! the staff were so helpful and really easy to talk to! everyone there was so friendly and relaxed it didnt matter if you were on your own or in a group! the common area almost felt like you were at home it was so relaxed!

Disliked: there could have been more bathrooms, as there were about 2 on each floor which sometimes meant waiting for the shower! but didnt matter too much

Liked: It's got a great atmosphere about this place and you are right in the middle of the old town of Cracow.

Disliked: It's just one thing but unfortunately it's a biggie: NO HOT WATER. There are also far too few bathrooms. When I told the receptionist about it I was told that that's what it's like staying in a dorm and that I should try taking a shower at another time of the day. Incidentally, there was no hot water later either. I get really tired of these excuses from hostels because it's not. Travelling on a budget does not mean that you've got to put up with waiting half an hour for an icy cold shower. Hot water and bathrooms (along with a bed and a roof!) are really some of the minimum service you should be providing when you run a hostel. Other than this one thing though, the hostel is really great.

Liked: We loved it. Very quirky, good staff, kitchen was satisfactory. Breakfast was fairly good.

Liked: This is one of the best hostels I've stayed in. Sooooo cheap + the location was bang-on! Staff are helpful and the breakfast was great too!

Liked: The free breakfast was the best I've had at a hostel. You get everything (even fruit). The location was perfect, I walked everywhere. The hostel also has community events every night with the other GoodBye Lenin.

Disliked: A little difficult to find (I think the address is wrong on HostelBookers?). Also, there's no elevator. It wasn't a problem for me, but I know some people might have difficulty.

Liked: Great hostel!!! For incredibly low price I got comfortable bed, clean bedclothes and towel, nice breakfast. Not to mention beutifull smiles of the very helpfull and friendly girls from the reception desk:) I recommend this hostel for everyone.

Disliked: Not easy to find the entrance.
