Liked: All the staff were amazingly helpful and friendly, the property was well worth the money paid with every expectation exceeded. The nights out with the hostel are good fun or a chance to almost have the place to yourself, we'll be back in summer.

Disliked: There could be more showers but everyone on our floor managed to work around it.

Liked: This hostel was one of the best I ever stayed at! The staff went above & beyond what was expected and provided an excellent welcome. The location is convenient to town and is opposite a very large shopping centre so there is a supermarket really close. However the dinner & breakfast provided makes the place feel like a very welcoming home. Absolutely loved my time there and would return tomorrow if I could!

Liked: The service was excellent, and the atendants were very knowledgeable and helpful. I still cant believe that we got so much value for money; saved quite a bit of cash because they provide breakfast and dinner as part of the package. The Hostel has a dormitory feel to it at first, but then you really get to like it as it gives you the opportunity to interact with like minded visitors... it was a really good experience. The location is very central, if the hostel were any closer then you could step out of the train and into bed. The main train station, shopping mall, Bus station, private hire vehicles, parks, attractions and every modern convenience you can think of is literally just outside... They also provide nightly Entertainment and activities at another of their locations which is located just a few minutes away from the hostel, so if you are into night life and group acivities, this is an absolute plus.

Disliked: The sign outside the property could be a bit more prominent. I am honestly just fishing for something to put here, as there were no problems at all. Despite the small sign, the directions to the hotel were very clear and getting there was no problem.

Liked: I could have stayed there for weeks. Great people. Great facilities. Wonderful atmosphere. I'm definitely coming back to krakow just to stay here!

Liked: this place was fanastic - highly recommended. staff were awesome, great to share a room and not be in squeaky bunk beds! common room and their dvd collection is great!

Disliked: they need to get fitted sheets on the bed that are the right size and the walls between the rooms (as they were adjoining rooms) are a bit thin so you know when the people next door come home and get to listen in (accidentally) on some interesting Skype calls from the next room! that said, i would stay here again without hesitation.

Liked: I really really enjoyed my stay in this hostel, super friendly staff, i can say the staff i met there was the best stafff i've ever seen in hostels!! Apart from general information like map and tour attractions, he also shared me a lot about the background and funny things of this country and this city. Truly admire the cultural exchange talk there. I would be BACK and I would definately recommend anyone to come to krakow and stay in this hostel! Good quality and with good price!!

Disliked: Quite a lot of stairs, the reception is not on the ground floor, but it doesn't really matter to backpacker.

Liked: Absolutely everything! It was the best hostel we stayed in throughoutall of Europe Aga, one of the staff welcolmed us warmly and gave us a much needed cup of tea when we arrived. She also helped sort out breakfast on the last day because we were leaving earlier than breakfast. Beds were comfy, lockers were huge, and the free dinners tased really good and was never in short supply. I even got a free orange in my pillowcase ( remeber Aga?). if you want a fun friendly place to stay in Krakow. this is you first stop!

Liked: Excellent staff couldn't do enough for you. Everywhere was clean and WARM (. Excellent considering the temps dropping to minus 14) excellent value for money with breakfast evening meal and free vodka shots. And the party nights were great

Disliked: Only issue was the lights in the stairwell were on a timer so you could get halfway up the stairs and the light go off

Liked: Convenient location just next to the station and 2 mins from the old town. The staff were really helpful. I really liked having the option to spend my evening at the other Greg&Tom hostel if I wanted to party, or to stay in and chill out. The atmosphere was amazing. 10/10

Liked: The staff of this hostel is amazing. Very friendly and helpfull. Free dinners are also good for every hungry traveler.

Disliked: For me, the only minus were beds, on wich I could not sleep sleep well and in each turn emitted a strange noises.

Liked: Very welcoming staff, free evening meal and drinks, great free breakfasts, perfect location right next to the main train and bus stations and 5 minutes' walk to the Main Square; lovely huge private room with TV and lots of space; clean; well furnished; only positive things to say about this hostel!

Disliked: Nothing to say negative at all!

Liked: This is the best hostel I have ever stayed in terms of facilities. It's perfectly located very close to the main stations, with all the sights within easy walking distance. Food was provided in the evening and good breakfast in the morning. Staff were excellent throughout. It's probably the best place to stay for backpacking newcomers to the city who want to stay in hostel accommodation.

Liked: Where to start. This hostel is the best hostel I have ever stayed in. Period. Great location, very funky vibe, excellent apartment type rooms, movies on demand, fridges on every floor, free breakfast, free dinner, free shots of vodka, free wireless on every floor, access to computers, free laundry (also available on every level), small hostel with an excellent vibe. The best thing about G&T's though is the staff. Excellent, fun, welcoming, helpful, intelligent and friendly staff, who are always willing to help you out, book things for you, recommend places to eat/drink/party, share a shot and enjoy a late night beer. Special mention to Aga, Olga and Natalia- you guys are brilliant. In short, best hostel in Europe. No question.

Liked: free dinner, breakfast, internet, towel, washing machine was great! The lounge area is amazing, and the staff are amazingly helpful and friendly!

Disliked: The bed was awfully squeaky, and there was nowhere to dry or hang washing, had to make do with the heaters and chairs.

Liked: The staff are so cool and helpful. Free dinners are delicious and staff even give free vodka shots to try. It's like staying in your own home. It's very easy to socialise with the other guests with the common area and organised pub crawls every night.

Disliked: There is nothing I disliked about my stay.

Liked: Indeed very friendly atmosphere, very helpful stuff, free and quite tasty evening meals, better-than-usual free breakfasts, free internet. Interestingly, mainly nice people staying there, although apparently young people come to Krakow to drink. So most of the time you'll be expected to share your drinking experiences and plans. But you can always avoid it too ;)

Disliked: Although everything was clean, the room I stayed in stunk. It were not people staying there, cause they all changed during my stay. It was the room. Further, as you can see from the description, this hostel promotes drinking. So if you stay in the room close to the common rooms, expect loud speaking of those coming back from their drinking trips late in the night until early in the morning. The same goes for constant music meant to create "friendly" atmosphere. You can make it out though. Regarding the location: there are lots of hostels inside of the old town, while this one is just outside of it. On the other hand, Krakow is really small and you will cover the difference in 2 minutes. Just for you to be aware of.

Liked: Most amazing hostel ive ever stayed at, most amazing staff, Agga was amazing, but so were all of the others. Hands down, best value, includes breakfast and dinner and some free drinks. Honestly if you goto Krakow you are missing out if you dont stay here.

Liked: SOLID! Couldn't ask for anything more, there doing EVERYTHING right, raising the bar for all hostels. GREAT common room, breakfast, dinner, atmosphere, location, .... The staff are some of the most friendly and willing I've ever met, one even offered to cook a personal breakfast for an early riser. Take notes people cause there doing it right @ Greg and Toms!

Liked: Gostei de tudo....tudo msm eu e minha esposa tivemos uma grande surpresa Cracovia e surpreendente e tivemos muita sorte de ficar nesse hostel os funcionarios sao excelentes em especial a AGHA acreditem alem de ser incluso o cafe da manha esta incluso tambem a Janta ... Com certeza ficarei novamente nesse hostel se voltar a cracovia !!!
