Liked: I just stayed here for a night before I left Krakow, but the location was FANTASTIC to catch a 4 am train to the airport. The hostel is barely a five minute walk from the train station. Overall, very clean and the single beds were a welcome change from bunk beds.

Liked: Very clean, comfortable and a friendly place with a great atmosphere. The included breakfasts and dinners were great and the staff were helpful and friendly. I met lots of great people here, a really cool place to stay.

Disliked: Nothing except maybe not enough toilets.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. the induction to Greg &Tom's was great. the place is very well organised. Lots and lots of information around the building - guides, maps ect.The staff seem to have thought of everything that will help travellers have a great stay in Kracow.

Liked: the location is extremely convenient being near the train and bus stations and the old town. the staff are very friendly and helpful and the atmosphere feels safe and relaxed. there is a generous breakfast each morning and dinner too!! you can arrange all your excursions at the hostel so trips to aushwitz, the salt mines etc are no hassle.

Liked: Awesome hostel. One of the best i've ever stayed in. They had free dinner in the evening, an amazing breakfast in the morning, staff is also super helpful!! We definitely didn't stay long enough, give yourselves about 3 days, at least, in Krakow!!!

Disliked: Nothing, it was amazing!!!

Liked: If you want to have the perfect stay in Krakow stay at Greg and Tom's guaranteed fun, lots of people to socialise with and always an event going on. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, no problem too big or small. The food was lovely and free. Free internet access, massive selection of DVD's to watch on any wet day. Great recommendations from the staff for places to go or things to buy as souvenirs. Lots of useful information on the notice boards including places to avoid ( which is excellent to help any tourist to avoid). they freely offered to print of bus information. I would definitely recommend this hostel to anyone. Also my friend and I had a great time at Greg and Tom Junior's 1st Birthday party, thanks for the invite. After staying in many Hostels over the years, this is the best Hostel you will stay in ever!!!! I am sure Greg and Tom's will keep winning many more awards over the coming years.

Disliked: Only one negative, we could have done with a mirror in our room which would have minimised the amount of people trying to use the bathroom in thr mronings and evenings

Liked: Good location which is very near to the train station. Bedroom is nice and clear. The staff is very helpful.

Disliked: There are not enough headphone for computers in common room. There was only one computer I could use skype with my friends.

Liked: They provide delicious free breakfasts and dinners! The staff is really helpful and friendly, the facilities are great, very comfortable rooms. The location is fantastic, very close to the old town, right across from the main train station, tram stops, and a very large shopping center.

Liked: Friendly, home like atmosphere. The hostel isn't too big, it has great common spaces which makes it easy for meeting fellow travelers. Greg and Tom's staff are amazingly helpful and definitely welcoming. We arrived at 6 in the morning after a night train, to a breakfast feast fit for a king (or at least someone staying in a 5 star hotel). All around this hostel was a great experience.
