Liked: The hostel provided free breakfast and dinner and constantly had fruit, nuts, cereal, tea and coffee around for guests to use for free! The free dinners and breakfasts provided were above and beyond what we expected and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, helping us to organise day trips to auschwitz and free walking tours, etc.

Liked: When we arrived, we were a little concerned because it does look a little sketchy frmo the outside, but it is actually very modern and most importantly, CLEAN on the inside. The staff sat us down and gave us a great orientation to the city which was very helpful.The set up is flats that have a shared kitchen and bathroom, but the rooms are private and lockable. Breakfast AND supper is included so you are really getting an incredible deal going here. It is really hard to call it even a hostel it is so nice. But the atmosphere is great and we met some very cool people!

Liked: It was just across the road from the train station and a large shopping mall. Staff were very friendly and we received a warm welcome in the form of a thorough check-in (with no less than 3 maps!). One of the receptionists was very helpful and followed us to the train station to translate when the Polish border control wanted to ask us some questions. The WiFi signal was excellent and we even had a desktop in our room. The free Polish dinner cooked by the staff was the best meal we had in Poland! Breakfast each morning was also fantastic :) The toilets and showers were also extremely clean. The comfy lounges and social events organized by the staff made it a great place to make new friends. Would definitely stay there again!

Liked: It is possibly the best, if not one of the best hostels I've ever stayed at. Not only do they provide breakfast, dinner, towels, free do-it-yourself laundry, multiple common rooms etc, it is very social and has organised entertainment every night if you need something to break the ice.

Liked: This is one of those hostel you would not hesitate to come back and stay the second time. I love how we have many outlets of entertainment and it almost felt like home. After a long day of walking and sightseeing, it was nice to come back to a hostel filled with warmth and peace. Thank you for being such an amazing place to live in.

Disliked: Our bookings got a little mishap but all else was good.

Liked: this hostel was great. very friendly and helpful staff. nice sitting room and kitchen. all services provided, laundry, dvds, games, internet and cooked breakfast and dinner. great to meet people over the communal meals. very clean and efficient. no bunk beds.

Disliked: there was only one toilet for the 2 dorms of 6 beds, and the shower room has two showers in and doesn't lock. not enough eggs at breakfast and always have to get to meal time early to get good food! 6 bed dorm a little bit small for 6 people and luggage.

Liked: Loved the people, food, location and common area. Didn't get much sleep but that was more due to who was in my room. The pub crawl is a good night and don't miss the Polish dinner. Staff are fantastic, always helpful! Great value - will defintely stay again

Liked: The staff were fantastic and the free breakfasts and suppers were absolutely delicious and plentiful. Also snacks, coffee ,tea, fresh fruit available all day. The hostel was spotless and the facilities and location were excellent. An outstanding experience!

Liked: Clean, new furniture, good location, excellent common room and kitchen(s). Clean, large bathrooms. Free internet and plenty of computers. Cheap telephone calls. GREAT FREE DINNER and breakfast! Organises great vodka and beer tasting tour at a great price.

Disliked: My only compaint would be how creaky the beds are oddly enough! They are so loud that they tend to wake up the other guests in your room whenever someone gets into or out of their bed (or even when turning in the night). This may not be a problem in every room.

Liked: By far the best hostel i have ever stayed at. It doesnt even look like a hostel its kitted out more as a lovely apartment! flatscreen tv's, communal free breakfast and dinner. Wonderful staff. Amazing room and kitchen and bathroom. Faultless. Excellent location and so near to the main station!

Liked: Excellent Hostel. Its bang opposite the railway station (and the bus station is just behind the railway station - so very close to both). The staff is super friendly. The day we stayed they had a Polish Dinner Special night and the food was yum! They have some special or the other every night. Great location, Great food, value for money and excellent people.

Disliked: Cant think of anything!

Liked: Fantastic in every way! Huge bonus was that not only a free breakfast was included, but dinner too!! Unlimited internet access and a laundry...this was the best value for money I stayed in for 3 months of europe.

Liked: They have a great breakfast and a very helpful and friendly staff. Would stay there again for sure. Perfect location if you travel by train.

Liked: Good location for rail/bus station and not far from main Old Town - 5-10 min walk across "Planty" - the green belt running around the Old Town. We allocated 4 days, which was more than enough time, 3 would be better. Free Dvds available to borrow and watch in the lounge (leave your ID).

Disliked: Beds were atrocious, about 30-40 degree angle on the double mattress - private room, we both woke with severe back pain each day. To me the whole point of a hostel is to get a nights sleep, not possible with beds like these! The single beds in the dorms may not have the same problem. Pillows flat and no more available on request, so if you like to sleep with pillows think about bring inflatable or similar. Shower had no lock, just a curtain, so degree of immodesty required. Had the breakfast once, which was processed cheese,. various cuts of ham etc and bread, fine but not worth having again. Didn't try the dinners.

Liked: You can say you stay for free since just the breakfast and dinner is worth the 15EUR/day. Best breakfast I had in months.
