Liked: Everything was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The decor was pretty nice too! The staff were very friendly and the woman who greeted me at reception was lovely and very helpful pointing out all the good places to visit on the map and the best way to get there. Breakfast and dinner was delicious and the atmosphere was so relaxed. I loved this hostel and will be back for sure. I can't rate it highly enough.

Disliked: The locks were a bit fidgity but that could have just been me.

Liked: Free breakfast and dinner everyday, close to both the shopping center and train station and not far from the city center. Very helpful when planning tours around the city, like pub crawls or visits to Auschwitz and Wieleckza.

Disliked: There was only one toilet and one shower for the entire floor to share (like 12 or so people) so getting ready was a bit difficult and the wall separating the toilet and shower area doesn't go to the ceiling so you can hear everything between the two, there really isn't much privacy. The stairwell to get to the rooms was a bit creepy at night because you had to walk up an entire floor in the dark in order to reach the next light switch.

Liked: AMAZING! I wanted to move in and live there. Delicious breakfasts and dinners included, really really nice showers, awesome staff. Best hostel I have stayed in!

Liked: friendly staff. excellent facilities in a great location across from the main station. also free breakfast and dinner is also good.

Disliked: quite small common area. if you wanted to read without the hubbub, you had to sit in your dorm, generally alone. but thats nit picking as that is the size of the building.

Liked: Clean rooms, good kitchens and excellent location right next to the station.

Disliked: Creaky beds and the building is a bit intimidating from the outside.

Liked: I loved it that the staff were proper hosts, friendly, helpful and did everything they could to make your stay a positive stay.

Disliked: It's got good accoustics, I couldn't sleep till late because of people talking

Liked: i liked how it the rooms where clean and open, the beds were very comfortable. i liked the atmosphere within the hostel and how there was no lock out as everyone had their own set of keys.

Disliked: cant say i disliked anything about the hostel, except maybe the hike up the stairs to the top floor but it was funny by the end.

Liked: This property and their other hostel are amazing. It is clean, unbelievably friendly, help with any question, go out of their way to make you feel welcome, you get your own little living area and kitchen in your quadrant, showers are great and to top it all off you get a wonderful free breakfast and dinner. What more could you ask for??

Disliked: Walls are paper thin!

Liked: What an awesome place. Really helpful when I arrived, going through the town map what to do, what not to do etc etc. Great free breakfasts and dinners, awesome common room, really clean. And the Vodka! It just kept flowing, all in good spirits. Their friendliness infected everyone and made the hostel a great place to be. I didn't want to leave.

Disliked: I was only there two nights.

Liked: Its like being in a family. The dinners are amazing to know everyone in the hostel, the staff are the friendiest ever and they offer you everything you need with a great price! I absolutely loved my stay!

Disliked: The bathroom is a little bit difficult to shower.

Liked: This place is a gem!!! It offers so much for so little money and made our stay in Poland unforgettable and I am certainly going to recommend it to all of my friends!!

Liked: I've been backpacking for 3 months now, and this is by far the best hostel I've stayed at! The staff is amazing-- they know everything and are really friendly. The beds are comfortable, the showers are great, the kitchen is awesome, and (as a smoker) the balcony was nice to have. Breakfast, dinner (real food that you actually want to eat), and laundry are included in the price! The location is great-- 5-10 min walk to Old Town and right next to the train station! I booked my tour of Auschwitz through the hostel, and it was a great experience (and at about $35, not that expensive). I highly reccommend it! Also, make sure you get in on the vodka/beer tasting/pub crawl. It was a LOT of fun! I STRONGLY suggest you stay here if you go to Krakow!! Oh, and in celebration of getting 3rd place worldwide on hostelbookers.com, the staff provided all of us with free (and delicious!) vodka shots for an hour! It was a great start to the pub crawl :)

Liked: It was a very friendly environment, the staff is wonderful, always helpful and has the best breakfast i ever took in a hostel :D, i definitely recommend it for future travelers to Krakow.

Disliked: because the property is small, you may get people you don't like and there is no way to avoid them. but that's not really a problem :D

Liked: Pretty much everything! The staff are really friendly, and pointed out heaps of great bars and things to do. The rooms don't have bunks, which is awesome. Breakfast AND dinner is included!! and they're actually pretty damn good. You can do laundry there for free too. The hostel feels more like being in someone's house - like a really big sharehouse but clean! It is a bit of a party hostel, but in a respectful way. We found it hard to say no to people who wanted to go out, but staying in was comfortable and relaxing. This is one of the best hostels I've ever stayed in.

Disliked: If I have to pick something it's that the showers don't offer a lot of privacy. That being said neither I or anyone else seemed to have an issue with it. My bed was the only one in the room that squeaked a lot. It really didn't effect my stay though.

Liked: I have traveled a fair bit this year and I have to say this is the best hostel experience I've had to date. I was there for Christmas and the staff and people I met there were really awesome, the hostel made fantastic dinners each night and for Christmas eve gave us presents (I got a shot glass) and brought on the Polish vodka shots. Summary: I love it there.

Disliked: There is nothing wrong with anything at the hostel, but word of advice if you are staying on the 2nd floor of the hostel (where the reception is) it could get a little noisy at night if there is a social bunch of people.
