 Great location, 100 meters from the train station and the main shopping mall. We were in Greg and Tom 2 and had an apartment style accomodation to ourselves which included it's own kitchen satalite TV and washing machine. G&T 1 was a five minute walk where free internet was available and breakfast & supper were provided each day.

Staff are some of the friendliest and most helpful at any hostel i have ever stayed. Has a beautiful chilled out lounge, great facilities, no bunks and super clean. U really want to stay here

Excellent hostel,the best i've ever stayed in by far and at 36 I've stayed in a few.It's just like staying at your mates house thats how they make you feel.Great place to stay weather alone or with friends only problem is you have to eventually leave. The staff were excellent and Greg the owner is the perfecy host thanks from Red Rick

Everything! Excellent service from the staff at the hostel, who went all out to make us feel at home, so much so that they were almost babysitting us!
also, excellent decor and concept, with excellent private rooms. What's more they provide free internet, breakfast and all sorts of entertainment! what more can u ask for! haha

Great location, great place, really clean and very newly furnished. But, the heating was scarce so it was pretty cold at times and despite saying they would clean your rooms they didn't, but to be fair they were very clean to start with.

The staff were great - they did everything they could to help - this included telling me how to get to Auschwitz on the cheap and searching the Polish language only railway site. Also, the inclusion of supper was really good.

Its bloody amasing, feels like home away from home and the aesthetic quality of the hostel adds to the pleasant atmosphere and helpfulness of the staff, pure quality!

This hostel was fantastic, no other words can describe it! The staff were amazing, and ready to help you with anything. They were incredibly informative about where the sights were and where was good to eat, recommending an excellent Polish restaurant. Plus, we had a friend who was ill at the time and they really looked after her.
The free breakfast was well prepared and a nice thing to have in the morning. Even better was they served another round at 7pm as supper so if funds are low this is really helpful!
The hostel itself was in a great location- practically next to the main station (where the airport train arrives as well as most trains from other locations). This didn't mean you were out of town as if you walked around the corner, you could see the Barbican, tip of the old town. The rooms and beds were very comfortable- no bunk beds! And they even give you your own padlock to lock away all your things in big lockers situated inside the dorm. Brilliant for security concerns.
The living room and kitchen were both well equipped, making you feel as if you were walking into someone's house. It felt really cosy and was a great away of meeting people or chatting to the staff. The vodka tasting was a great touch- thanks guys!
I would recommend this hostel to anyone. In fact if you are going to Krakow, just book this one straight away. It's perfect and you will have an awesome time! I

absolutely everything.. . you must stay here.. great location, friendly, helpful, kind staff. free breakfast, dinner and free fast internet.. warm and cosy, yet spacious and clean.. i bus arrived a few hours earlier then i expected in krakow, it was 4am, not knowing where else to go, i went to the hostel and the staff was so lovely, made me up a bed on the couch, gave me blankets and pillows, i felt very welcome. there all very patient and more the willing to tell you anything you want to know about krakow, they also help, arrange and book tours for you.. ive been traveling for over 8months and this has been my favorite hostel by far..

The hostel consists of several appartments in the same building, each with their own kitchen and bathroom. It's clean, friendly, and NO bunk beds. There is a big TV in the main appartment and the free breakfast is great.
