Liked: The staff of this hostel was the most friendly and supportive that I've ever met. They offer breakfast and dinner everyday and they always look for something to make your stay even better.

Disliked: Everything was good.

Liked: Location, staff, free perfect dinner (!!), rooms are very good and clean.

Disliked: Windows of the room faced a busy street, it was too hot so they had to be open, so it was quite noisy and couldn't sleep - but this is the minus of having a very convenient location. And yeah, the kitchen is a bit too small for the hostel of that size. Can't find anything else to dislike though.

Liked: I can say for sure it was the best hostel I've been in my 5 weeks trip. Starting with the staff! They were like your bestfriends...giving us information about places to visit, places to eat, places to go out (the most different places according with our tastes). They had vodka festivals for free, one delicious breakfast and in some nights free dinners with sausage and other stuff. The common area was very nice! I met lots of interesting people there. It's in front of the train station. The beds were confortable. Couldn't be better! I loved Poland. I strongly recommend! Best regards from Brazil (Gustavo e David!)

Liked: Very nice hostel with great staff. Animation everynight (even if we havent tried). Everybody is very friendly...

Liked: The room was big and bright and sunny. The furniture was new and the location was perfectly fine for our purpose.

Liked: Such a great hostel. Everything you could need, delicious food, super clean and such lovely staff. Thanks to Olga, Magda and all the staff for making our time in Krakow so great!

Liked: The most unexpected and best part about my stay were the dinners. They were absolutely fantastic. The staff is extremely helpful with every type of question. The spacing of the hostel was nice, as in, I didn't feel too crammed.

Disliked: The only negative was squeaky beds... if you know what I mean...

Liked: The staff are amazing and make the effort to learn your name. They take you out on the town for vodka or beer tasting and they give you dinner in the evenings.

Disliked: They could have done with an extra toilet on the reception floor as it served a room of 5 and a room of 6 plus the communial rooms.

Liked: Greg and Toms is fantastic!! We arrived there very early in the morning so well before check in time and they offered us breakfast!! We could also sit in the common room while waiting to check in which was great as it was filled with couches and a TV, plus computers with wifi. It was beautifully presented and maintained. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone. The private double rooms are fantastic also.

Disliked: The locker room for after check out was in the foyer and not hidden away which is fine except my hat got stolen, however that is not Greg and Toms fault it is the individual who decided to take my hat fault. Its not a dislike just make sure everything is tied to your bag.

Liked: İts so close to train station and the city centre. The staff is so friendly and i ft myself at home because they were so generous about the breakfast and the diner. Thanksss!

Liked: the location was amazing and people were really kind! we were so satisfied with everything!!!!:) They have free dinner or shots. many events almost every night!

Disliked: shower and the room key. shower was ok but there was only a cloth to cover the shower box. Nothing happened but I did not like it. Also, my room is next to the reception and many people were passing but it was not locked all the time.... Nobody locked the room....

Liked: Very spacious rooms, nice design, very clean. Good location close to the Krakow Main Train Station, close to the City Centre. Very friendly staff.

Liked: Excellent location right next to train station and old town. Very helpful staff.

Disliked: The showers on my floor were broken so I had to get keys to go downstairs to use the showers. But not a big deal.

Liked: Everything is perfect at this hostel. Espacially stuff is ver very sweet and helpfull. If you will go to Krakow, YOU MUST stay this hostel. Believe me your holiday will be better :) Loves from Turkey Burak
