Liked: Everything. Free dinners. Amazing chill our area. The staff are fantastic. Really feels like I was part of the family. Amazing for solo travellers. You cant go wrong with meeting people. Great party vibe if you want it but also the ability to chill out.

Liked: I've stayed in over 50 hostels in the last 3 years and this is easily the best hostel I've ever stayed in. 5 mins walk from Old Town Krakow, excellent free breakfast and free dinner every night, nice clean dorms (single beds only, no bunk beds!), hot showers and spotlessly clean toilet/bathroom, I could go on and on about how perfect this place is. Oh and they have a lovely lounge with comfy sofa's, widescreen TV, Playstation, free internet, and a great bunch of staff and fellow travellers to spend time with.

Disliked: Nothing. Zilch. Nada.

Liked: fantastic place. free dinner and brekky is awesome. loads of cool people and the staff are top notch. events every night which is awesome too.

Liked: The homely feel, and all the staff were very helpful and informative. The dinners included in the price of the stay were all really tasty as well. Definitely recommend this hostel.

Disliked: The entrance to the hostel was quite confusing to find.

Liked: Greg & Tom's was definitely one of my favourite hostels in Europe. Not only the staff is super friendly and helpful (Olga is absolutely great), but also the atmosphere is all about bringing people together. It doesn't hurt the fact that they have a above-average breakfast and, yes, free (gooood) dinner every nite (but saturday, when it's all-you-can-eat-and-drink). Best value for a hostel ever!

Disliked: Not easy to figure this out. maybe they could have more (and separated) bathrooms, but people have hardly complained...

Liked: This is the best hostel I have ever stayed in. The staff are amazing, the atmosphere is great

Disliked: There was only one toilet on our floor, which was okay but there were some peak periods when another toilet would have been handy.

Liked: Fun atmosphere - free dinners were an excellent opportunity to meet people, not to mention a nice break on my wallet. Staff even provided free drinks and were super helpful, it was a laid back fun atmosphere and the most at home I've ever felt at a hostel. Free internet was also a plus.

Disliked: It can get loud if you have a room on the main floor by the kitchen. Sometimes people stay up late partying in the kitchen, then when they finally go to bed, the staff clean the kitchen in the middle of the night - pots and pans banging! Dragging my bags up all the stairs wasnt fun but good exercise :P I also wish this hostel would RECYCLE!!!

Liked: Excellent location next to the train station and auschwitz tours' center, very joyful and helpful staff willing to help out always, excellent breakfast for such a low price ( amazing all you can eat buffet), and lots of fun all together, one of the best hostels I have ever stayed in, you guys made my visit to Krakow worth it!! Liked: staff were great, arrived at the hostel at 7am and even though we couldn't check in, were invited to have breakfast and then booked onto a tour for 8am!

Disliked: nothing! a slight wait to check in, but waited in the common room with flat screen TV so no real problem

Liked: I had a great time here from my arrival till I left. The staff is amazing. They give you all the information you need, they feed you not only breakfast but dinner too and they take good care of you. Every nigth there is a different event organised, but even if you don't feel like going out you can have a few vodkas at the hostel. The internet is free even if you don't have a wireless device. What else do you need?

Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Perfect stay in Krakow!!! Other hostels might be cheaper but I am sure that you pay a bit more here, you get better quality : )

Disliked: The door of the room makes noise when someone opens. Put oil on it!

Liked: Great staff, food, location, facilities. Everything is included - not extra. Wow, thanks guys - I will come here again :-)

Disliked: There was only one toilet so sometimes you need to wait a few minutes. Not a big problem.

Liked: Location is great. Quiet and relaxed hostel.

Disliked: Not much to dislike to be honest! It is small and as a result toilet/shower facilites are very limited.

Liked: This was an excellent place to stay. The staff are very nice and helpful. There is breakfast and a great evening meal included in the price, and also use of the kitchen is allowed at anytime. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, and only a few minutes from the old town centre. It has such a good atmosphere and is a very sociable place to stay, one of the best hostels I have ever stayed in!!

Disliked: It probably could have used a bit more toilet and showering space.

Liked: One of the best hostels I have ever stayed in! Friendly staff who made us dinner and mad dog shots! Vodka, Malina and tabasco sauce. Hostel staff, Octavia took us out for a pub crawl. Krakow is a beautiful town. Stayed during their national day. Staff were very helpful, organising everything. Small, but found really cool, and easy going people also stayed here.

Liked: Great location right near the old part of town as well as opposite the train station. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the private double room we booked was a great size, comfortable bed and all clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend Greg & Tom to anyone considering staying in Krakow!!

Liked: ok so i no everyone always writes that it was the best hostel they have ever stayed at but really this is possible the best hostel i've ever stayed at. there is a reason they hav won so many awards. breakfast and dinner was amazing, staff were so helpful, great location, just all round wicked place.

Liked: Very hellpful and friendly staff - arrived very early from a night train and given breakfast and chance to shower, whilst waiting for room to be ready (which it was far quicker than expected). Very well located for station and old town. Beautifully appointed appartments.

Disliked: The front door key didn't alway work (thogh you could ring to reception and be let in). Beds squeaked every time you turned over!
