Liked: Fantastic value for money, for under 5 euro you get what most hostels in Europe can't provide for 20 euro. Close to central station and the main square of Krakow. Great free WIFI and free computers, lockers provided and very friendly staff.

Disliked: Was a little unclean but most of dirt was from people's snow covered shoes.

Liked: This is the best hostel I have ever stayed at. For less than 5 euros a night, it is outrageously good value for money. A really good location, easy walking distance to the center and the train station. Clean, cosy, warm, comfortable. The range of services included in the price is amazing- free wifi that actually works in the dorms (unlike many other hostels), free use of the computers and printer, free laundry, free linen and towels, nice rooms with good luggage storage, nice bathrooms, small but nice common room and kitchen. It felt safe and very comfortable.

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.

Liked: Arrived after all night flight and staff let us check in early- really appreciated! Breakfast was amazing. Lovely common room. Helpful staff. Would definitely come back.

Disliked: Oh man the beds are squeaky. We stayed in a twin room and every time we moved our beds did as well. Mattresses were a bit hard but expected in the price. Atmosphere of hostel makes up for it. Private rooms really are private. Lovely and quiet. Oops, this is positive...

Liked: The location was very central - near the train station, town and places to eat out or buy food to cook at the hostel. The kitchen was fully equipped and the communal area was comfortable and a good size. Plus, guests has access to free laundry!

Disliked: The number of toilets for those staying in the dormitories is limited.

Liked: The atmosphere makes this place what it is. Nice yard to hang out in (even though someone above us kept throwing things at us...). Nice staff. Feeling of being welcome, that's most important I think. Good supply of computers, nice common room. Easy to get in and out.

Disliked: The showers were cold and kind of dirty.

Liked: Friendly atmosphere, with very helpful english speaking staff who were great at organising tours and making restaurant reccomendations. The free breakfast was much better than expected

Disliked: although they said the place was quiet from 10pm onwards it was actually noisey untill late, but not enough of a problem to stop me staying there again if i go back to Krakow

Liked: This in my view is a perfect hostel! the staff are extremely friendly and will always help. The location was perfect for travellers, and the lounge are made it easy to meet other travellers. We had a GREAT time here. The private double room was a good size, and clean.

Disliked: Nothing at all.

Liked: It was a really friendly environment with a lot of chatty backpackers--very cool. It was a bit dirty, but not in a gross way. It felt lived in.

Disliked: The staff was a little unapproachable sometimes.

Liked: Property was close to the old town centre and easy to get to from the train station. The girls on reception were very helpful and really nice.

Disliked: The showers were filthy and they flooded, the rooms themselves were also quite dirty. One night we spent in and tried to watch a movie but the sound on the television is really good enough so we couldnt here a thing and then got told off by one of the staff because the TV was too load...but we still could not hear any of the talking...

Liked: Private room had really nice bathroom, shared with only one other room. Good internet connction - fast enough for skype. Close to train/bus station and only 5 min walk to old town. Had bikes you could hire.

Disliked: Kitchen ridiculously small (about 3m squared) with only small fridge for whole hostel, making it impossible for any more than one person to cook at a time. I saw hotplates but don't remember seeing an oven. We stayed in private room but also saw dorm bathroom which was nowhere near as nice (shower a bit gross) as private room shared bathroom.

Liked: The staff was super friendly and helpful which contributed to the good atmosphere. The common room was smal but cozy and comfortable. There is free wifi access and four open computers. That was a huge plus for us.

Disliked: The beds in the dorms were a bit old and made sounds when you moved. They were still comportable though. The floor was wooden but felt a little dirty.

Liked: As a newbie to hostels i was very worried about going. However i was so suprised when we arrived to a friendly helpful face and a clean hostel. Ok so its not a 5 star hotel but if you are like me new to this is the perfect way to start. we did have a private room for 2, 2 beds a table a lamp and a cupboard but to be honest we were up at 7 and didnt come back till midnight it really is the perfect place to rest your head. we had a shared bathroom with one other private room and this was clean also. The staff really do help and booked our excursions, gave us plenty of information and were there 24/7. We also has brekfast included in the price and this was basic cerals, toast, cheeses just enough to start you off for a day exploring. fantastic that tea and coffee is free and so is their internet.

Disliked: bottled drinks are cheaper in the local supermarkets. The shower floor is a bit lethal and i did slip over getting out the shower.

Disliked: Lack of cleanliness. Shabby furniture - property not kept up. Tried to put me an an apartment with people I did not know and had to share a bathroom.
