Liked: location and safety. i totally felt safe here, personally and belongings. the security cameras added to my feeling of safety. also the rooms were away from the common areas which was better for lite-sleepers

Liked: The people were great. It was a fun place to stay and the staff were really helpful. We had a problem with a really smelly person in the room and the receptionist gave us a key to another dorm and let us change beds for the night. It was very kind!

Liked: 12-bed dorm was quite spacious and there were usually enough bathrooms. Breakfast was free, though not outstanding.

Liked: The staff was allways very friendly and helpful. Little problems with the payment of the breakfast were solved quickly.The dorm we slept in was great and unbelievably cheap. The few time we slept it was very quite. The footwalk to the center and the railway station is a complete joke, both round about 5 minutes. Breakfast was offered in a little location next to hostel. I was pretty small and the room was a little smelly but it was okay and the price was very very low. We loved our trip a lot!

Liked: The hostel was really clean inside the rooms and quite quiet. The staff were really helpful and answered all our questions and booked tours for us. The neighbourhood was a bit sketchy and it is definitely NOT a 5-10 minute walk from the train station (more like a 15-20 min walk). The route they give you is a bit round about - you just need to cut around the Galleria.
