Liked: Very good location, close to town, train station and bus pickups for tours. Free internet and washing is a bonus.

Disliked: The brochure I had said it was recently renovated however it seemed like that was quite a while ago. The bathroom was flooded, the showers filled up with water and threatened to overflow on the floor and the place smelled of damp. The floors in the room creaked like crazy and the big old doors were hard to open and shut so it was hard to be quiet when getting up early. However overall the place was good and it was cheap, you can't expect a 5* hotel for that!

Liked: Great location and easy to find. Free breakfast in the morning. we arrived at 7am and were able to check in straight away which was great as we had been travelling all night.

Disliked: We stayed in the Downtown apartments, there were two bedrooms in the apartment and we were not informed on check in that the other bedroom was booked. When we entered the apartment there was no way of telling which bedroom was ours and we nearly walked into the other room at 7am, this was only a small problem everything else was great.

Liked: The staff are very friendly and helpful, with excellent spoken English (very useful!). Breakfast was great, the room very clean and comfortable. A very very enjoyable stay. Back on the 22nd with a school party, and looking forward to it!

Liked: Most value for money hostel ever stayed in. Free laundry service, individual bedsheets, 3 common computers, wifi in dorms, friendly receptionists especially Agnieszka who is so sweet! Highly recommended!

Liked: Amazing value for your money. Very clean and secure. cumfy beds in the dorms and big spacious rooms with 19th century aesthetics. quite classy for such a cheap bed! most of the staff (sebastian especially) were great. very helpful and knowledgeable, minus one girl, so be careful with the info you receive (about auschwitz and the salt mines, she tried to sell us organized tours even though we made it clear we didn't want it and gave us misinformation about doing it on our own. it's very easy to do both places without the organized trips and way cheaper). overall, great place, would stay here again. 10-15 min walk to train station/old town square.

Liked: I will definitely recommend Dizzy Daisy to friends and if back in Krakow I will stay there again! :)Rooms are unbelievably cheap yet clean and comfortable.Great location; close to the main square and train station.Staff is friendly and helpful; all of them speak good/very good english.There is a spacious communal room with free internet access, TV (movie nights) and open plan kitchen (breakfast inc for private rooms).GREAT PLACE!
