Liked: a lovely hostel in a very good location to main town and the jewish quarter.it a very clean hostel and the staff are very helpful and friendly.the only problem was the thin walls that made sleeping difficult on party nights but then i'm getting to old to join in!!!!would recommend to anyone to stay here.

Disliked: i did not dislike anything really tho in the busy season it might be a rush for the loo as only 2 available!!

Liked: We had a fantastic time at this hostel, we were originally booked in for 4 nights but we ended uo staying more than a week. The rooms were lovely and the staffcould not have been nicer. 5 stars :)

Liked: the staff here are amazing! so friendly and relaxed will go out of the way to do anything! checked out late no problem got in at 7am to check in no problem!! breakfast included good too!

Disliked: the only thing i could say is the shower head didnt stay up properly no big deal AT ALL coz the rest of the place was so good!

Liked: Most of all I liked friendly staff of this hostel. I dmired of location. It was comfortable for me that this hostel is situated in the centre of the Krakow. Service gived me all infrmations I need. Room was clean and modern! I recomand Ars Hostel my friends! :)

Liked: Absolutely everything! The hostel is great, the bar is really cool and a great place to hang out when deciding where to go or just to stay there and enjoy cheap drinks and a nice atmosphere. The staff were incredibly nice, they were really friendly and helpful and continuously offered us beers and coffee on the house!

Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Staff were extremely friendly when we arrived and gave us free shots! Staff also showed us what there was to see in krakow as well. Room was very nice as well and spacious and everything was very clean. In terms of location hostel is 5 minutes walk from castle. Very nice over all though.

Disliked: Walls were quite thin so if someone was to be. Playing load music or being load in the communal area then you could here them clearly in your room! Not to much of a problem though.

Liked: I like the atmosphere there as i met and got to know some very cool nice friend!Rafael is very nice and he treats us good.

Disliked: No key for the main door but this isnt the major problem.

Liked: This place is amazing! If you don't stay here you are missing out! Close to everything in krakow, the staff are so kind, kat even took us out on her own version of pub crawl for free! They are so nice and helpful and the facilities are great! I highly recommend this hostel! Thank you so much for the amazing time!

Liked: Location was excellent. Right by Wawel castle, 10-15 min walk to center square and 10 min walk to Kazimir (Jewish Quarter) where there are lots of restaurants, pubs and clubs..The staff was friendly and recommended a couple of good places pending on what we wanted to do. Also there were several instances of free drinks and food (once we came back in afternoon, our room was cleaned and there were pastries on the table) , which is always nice

Disliked: Only minor drawback was that credit cards were not accepted, and I was informed that this is on the website, though checking the website now it appears that cards are accepted-- so I'm not sure what was accurate. Not a big deal, as plenty of ATMs in less than 5 minute walk.

Liked: The location is good and the hostel is very clean. The staff was so nice she let me to check in when i arrived early in the morning on a night train. They are all helpful and informative.

Liked: It was the best place I ve ever stayed! The staff were so friendly especialy the owner!!!! I liked very much the living room of the hostel.... The staff was cleaning our rooms every day and also the breacfast and coffees were free!!! the location also was excelent! next to wisla river and 5mins from the sentral square!!! thank you very much guys!!! thank you Slawek!!!! Liked: Smiling staff! :D Close to both the party district (Kazimierz) and the old town. Decent Wi-Fi connection. Reception open 24/7. Free vodka testing.

Disliked: Don't expect double beds in the double rooms...

Liked: I really liked the staff they were suepr helpful! The hostel is very clean, and the beds are quite nice. They really helped us out with going places, and getting to see the city. They also gave us a light breakfast, and plenty of vodka if you wanted it to warm you up!
