Liked: This was the best hostel I've stayed in so far. It was very clean, the showers were great, and the staff was so friendly. Anna, Wojtek and Stawek ( the staff members we met) actually got my friend a card, cake and bottle of champaign because it was her birthday! It doesn't get any better than that!

Liked: One of the best hostel I've stayed at in my seven weeks of travel. The staff is incredibly nice, informative, and hospitable. They gave us shots of polish vodka before taking us out and showing us some local bars and clubs. They also took us snowboarding to Zakapane where we had a great time. Definately stay at Ars Hostel while in the amazing city that is Krakow!!

Liked: Best thing about the place was the fantastic staff who made you feel so at home. The toilets even have speakers in them! There are pub crawls and heaps of activities organised by the hostel, free shots, and heaps more! Rooms are very tidy and it's not a noisy place!

Liked: What an excellent hostel!! It's definately a home away from home. The staff are incredible!!! They truly love their jobs, which makes the difference in the world. They bring you to the mountains, bring you to clubs, show you great polish restaraunts, and the list goes on. If there is ANYTHING you need, they provide it for you. It is also the cleanest hostel I've been to, with very comfy beds. The first hostel I've been that they clean the showers and bathrooms at LEAST 6 times a day!!!! SPOTLESS!! Everything is exceptional. No way would I ever DREAM of going to a nicer hostel with friendlier staff!!! Out of the last 4 months, 11 countries, and tonnes of hostels, this by far was the best, and I think it will continue to be the best!!!!

Liked: The staff is very friendly and helpful, arranging some kind of excursion everyday, whether it be going to local restaurants or clubs at night or going to Zakopane for skiing and snowboarding! The excursions do not feel tour-like, they are much more personal and interesting, like having a local friend take you around Krakow! The hostel feels homely, with a nice common room to hang out in with music, TV, and internet. Highly recommended!
