Marilyn FarmerFantastic location right on the old town square of Krakow. Very, very nice staff and they were extremely helpful. The maid was excellent, she kept everything spotless, and must have worked 13 hours a day. Snacks, coffee, hot chocolate and cookies etc. were available complimentary. A decent breakfast. It was cold outside and a little cool in the hostel. A good hostel experience. |

Frank WarnerIt is located in the center of town, right on the main plaza. It's also extremely clean and the staff is friendly and helpful above and beyond the call of duty. This hostel is somewhat noisey at night, but the staff makes a great effort and is able calm down the partiers |

Customer reviewThe location of this hostel is brilliant, there is wifi in rooms and also pc to use in hall. breakfast was simple, but kitchen is clean and well equipped. The staff were generally quite helpful, but were moody and rude at times. |
