Liked: I enjoyed absolutely everything about the hostel, staff, services, location, food, all was great.

Disliked: Too many stairs :P

Liked: SUPER FRIENDLY AND WELCOMING STAFF. GREAT KITCHEN, BATHROOM AND COMMON ROOM FACILITIES AND INTERNET ACCESS. EVERYTHING WAS SPOTLESS. NO CURFEW, LOVELY BREAKFAST AND FREE BISCUITS AND TEA/COFFEE WHENEVER YA WANTED IT! BRILLIANT HOSTEL!

Disliked: ONLY THING THAT I DISLIKED WAS THAT THERE WAS TOO MUCH HEATING ON AT NIGHT AND MADE IT DIFFICULT TO SLEEP

Liked: The location is absolutely phenomenal! The staff is also very friendly and was able to help me with any questions or recommendations.

Disliked: Nothing! It was excellent all around.

Liked: Awesome location. Right in the square. Felt very safe.

Disliked: entering the hostel through a resaurant was kind of strange. A lot of stairs. Bathrooms only on top floor. It was very quiet (18 bed dorm to myself) which was both good and bad. I understand I wasn't there is peak season though.

Liked: Great Location right on the main square, spacious hostel and lovely staff (especially the nice girl who worked the night shift and consequently saw all sorts), great value for money too. I would 100% recommend this to any other would-be travellers

Disliked: Was being renovated when I was there which wasn't ideal, also on the 4th or 5th floor so involved a bit of a hike due to not having a lift!

Liked: Everything! Most perfect location of any of our hostels for an amazing price! We couldn't believe how good it was! Staff were great at suggesting things to do and where to go, which pub crawls etc. Made our time in Krakow even better and will be returning next year to this hostel!

Liked: cosy atmosphere, very very clean and enough bathrooms, breakfast was included in the prize what I didn´t know before, friendly people and the location is wonderful!

Liked: Location is better than perfect.. if that is possible. Located right in the town square with good kitchen facilities, internet access and atmosphere. Staff on Reception are also great fun! Would reccomend this hostel to other travellers.

Liked: The staff is really helpful and friendly. Location is great, lovely view outside the common room! Nice kitchen.

Disliked: We were a bit unlucky as some noisy teenagers stayed next to our room, and they shouted at night... I mean...4am! I think the staff should do something...so, quite noisy at night.

Liked: Very helpful staff even after leaving the country!! All willing to help out with my forgetfulness. Also lovely smiles at reception @ 5.30 in the morning when I was bored. Thoroughly recommend this hostel to anyone who hasn't been to Poland aswell, who are worried of maybe getting lost easily, finds themselves having one beer too many, too many times. You'll still get home safe and be happy about it. Warm. Clean. Helpful. Breakfast. Returning to Poland again for New Years Eve, I will be returning here.

Disliked: That I didn't want to leave... Ha!

Liked: Location is excellent, right on the main square. The staff was very friendly and helpful and went the extra mile each time I requested some help. Facilities were excellent, big common room, nice kitchen. Free breakfast is nice and there are always free shortbread biscuits on the table at any time of the day, both in the reception area and in the kitchen/dining area. I highly recommend this hostel!

Disliked: The 4 flights of stairs to my room but heck, its good exercise :-)
