Disliked: Watch out! This hostel is a scam. Said 24 hours reception but no one was there when I arrived at 7:30am, went back at 8am, and then 10:15am. One other guest had the same issue so both of us went around the corner to Giraffe Hostel (highly recommended). They charged my credit card for the first night stay and refused to refund me. Shady hostel management so beware and don't waste your time.

Liked: It was a wonderful stay!! Friendly staffs, nice atmosphere, perfect location and unbeatable price!! Humorous slogan is everywhere. :D If I visit Karkow again, Globart will be my only choice.

Liked: I loved this hostel, from the friendly workers, to the great simple free breakfast, to the location, to the value - you name it.

Liked: I liked the price and the location. It is very close to the trem station and some of the tourist attractions.

Disliked: I did not like my bedroom - the blind was broken and the room was bright very early in the morning; people talking outside till late i could not sleep.

Liked: Loved this place! Staff were super friendly and helpful and the other people that stayed there were great! So close to everything as well!

Disliked: Breakfast was a bit basic, juice would've been nice! But at least it's included in the price!

Liked: Very nice hostel in citycenter, we have only 5 minuts to old town, so this is very good. Smal price, good conditions and breakfast. I think that this is one of the best hostel for young people.

Liked: Very close to the centre, clean, free breakfast and very helpful staff.

Disliked: The door to the room would constantly slam due to the wind. Other then that, everything was fine.

Liked: All was perfect, the bathroom is really clean and new, the beds are ok, people are nice... and the place is perfect, really close to the old town !

Liked: I did like the location and free breakfast and I really felt there as at home.

Disliked: I didn´t really like the lift which smelled badly but I assume it´s not GlobArt Hostel fault. Sometimes I had to search for clean spoons and bowls to eat the breakfast but it was ok.

Liked: GlobArt was my idea of a perfect hostel - incredibly clean, very spacious, quiet time from 11pm onwards, excellent location by the station and close to main square, free great wifi connection, and free breakfast. It was also very small (not size-wise; but in terms of guests accommodated), which meant great individualised service, and not too much rowdiness or overcrowding. Really, truly wonderful, and I will certainly stay here again.

Disliked: nothing really - I wish they had locker storage for valuables, that would have been useful. Also, the elevator up to the hostel is really dingy.

Liked: Loved this hostel! Pretty small but a great place to be. Staff were fabulous, especially Martin who went through everything you needed to know about Krakow. Bathrooms were incredibly clean, and so were the rooms. Lots of things organised and people to go out, and common area to watch movies etc. Location was also perfect right near the old town gates and where tours left off from.

Disliked: Zero complaints!

Disliked: Really thin walls and people partying all night do not go well with an early flight.

Liked: Where do I start? This place is fantastic. If you want to be an immature yahoo though, don't come here. It won't be allowed. This place is quiet and dignified. The location is like having the best seat in the house 5 floors up. Staff is the very best. The rooms are not decorated like children's rooms as are so many hostels.

Disliked: I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this place. Best hostel I've stayed in in Europe.

Liked: Location was good. it was closed to the train stations and closed to the city center.There is a lift to get the 6th floor hotel.Room are pretty big. There is plentuy of space in them.

Disliked: Very noisy at night. It was suposed to be some staff to calm down some no civilized guests, but they just didn't care about it. Ring bell could be heard from every room all night and morning. Toilet paper run out and nobody replaced it (that happened several times). Breakfast was very poor. Bread wasn't fresh at all; it was a few marmalate left and instant coffe tasted disgusting.
