Liked: Excellent staff take you out every night and are very helpful. The property itself is very clean and close to the town centre.

Liked: staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet was amazing close to the center ( about 7 min walking)

Liked: Very nice little property that is in a great location. The rooms and beds are excellent, especially for the money. Very good breakfast in the morning too!

Disliked: Because it is part of an apartment block the is a strict policy of quiet after 11pm. This was strange for a hostel and there was very little leeway given. Although that is just a small qualm.

Liked: small hostel with a friendly cosy atmosphere. evening activities so great if traveling alone, staff were friendly and helpful. good breakfast - lots of variety.and good location.

Liked: This is the best hostel I've ever stayed at. The location is perfect, maybe a 3min walk to the main market square. You can walk here from the main train station. The staff are super helpful, they went out of their way to show us everything worth seeing in Krakow. They take you out each night and even stay out partying with you! The breakfast is plentiful and there's free tea and coffee. If you're coming to Krakow stay here!!!!

Disliked: There is nothing to dislike!

Liked: I wish I could give a score better than "good" for some of these categories! For instance, the staff was beyond friendly - they are the nicest and most helpful hostel staff I have ever seen in my life, any problem, any question, they went out of their way to answer or fix...I needed some papers scanned, and wanted to know where I could do it, and they offered to do it for me. I asked where I could get a drink, they asked me what kind of bar I wanted and made five suggestions. They even took people out on the town with them. They plan fun events (including free vodka, cake, movies, etc.), put together a big delicious breakfast (included) every morning, and help set up tours and make suggestions of extra things to see. Also, it's clean, the lockers are huge, there's free laundry, and you can walk to the train station or the old town in five minutes. Perfect.

Liked: very close to train station. we arrived super early and they tried to get us in our room asap. the staff was incredibly helpful. really clean. very comfortable beds. definitely recommend this place. good breakfast.

Disliked: pub crawl they recommended sucked! dont do it! leader of the pub crawl was a tool.

Liked: This hostel was so much fun. The staff are VERY nice & totally willing to help with anything you need. The food was great. The atmosphere in comfortable. It was perfect!

Liked: Good free breakfast

Disliked: Them sending you to the most expensive tours. Their sending you to the most expensive parking lot. It was quite small. Little kitchen, one small common area for computer, tv, eating, etc....

Liked: great hostel, higly recommended!!! good location, very clean. very friendly and helpfull staff, they'll tell you about things to do and places to eat, in the evening they'll play wii with you etc. you can book tours at the hostel, pick up in front of hostel. great facilities, very good breakfast, laundry for free. krakau is a great city!!

Disliked: a lot of party people, which i am not, but the hostel staff made sure it was quiet by 11pm.

Liked: Very helpful and friendly staff, really nice facilities (nice bathroom, Wii and plasma screen with wide collection of DVDs) and nice breakfast.

Disliked: The dinner they provided was cheap, but a bit to basic (it consisted of two ingredients) and the restaurant which was recommended to us was quite horrible.

Liked: we liked that the hostel was very small, and friendly. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Disliked: The entrance and staircase to the hostel felt very unsecure, more lighting is needed and better signing for the hostel. The Auschwitz tour we booked through the hostel was very poor, however the hostel did pass our comments on to the tour company they booked it through.
