Liked: This place was fantastic! The staff were extremely nice and helpful. I stayed in a private double room with a bathroom and it was hotel-quality (actually, nicer than a lot of cheap hotels). Very clean. Will definitely stay there again if I return to Krakow!

Liked: Everything! The staff were all amazing, the different activities the hostel had going on every evening were well organized and a great way to meet other travellers, the beds were so comfortable and the rooms were clean and quiet and spacious with good lockers, the bathrooms were excellent and clean with good showers, the free computer in the common room was nice to have, and the free breakfast in the mornings was delicious, well supplied and much appreciated. This is one of the best hostels I have ever stayed in!!! I highly recommend it!!! :)

Liked: We arrived tired, sick and grumpy. We left well-slept, healthy and very very happy! Staff were great, especially Adrian, who put up with our nonsensical exhausted ramblings and near-hysterics every morning. Facilities were perfect, same quality as a nice hotel, never mind a good value hostel. Comfiest beds we've slept in our whole trip ;)

Disliked: The fact that we couldn't stay longer!

Liked: Incredible staff, close to the train station

Disliked: Some drunk guy made my experience pretty awful, and I didn't sleep much because of him, but that wasn't the hostel's fault by any means, and the staff was incredibly apologetic about it.

Liked: I love everything about this hostel. The location is great, about 5 minutes' walk from the train station and 5 minutes from the centre of town. Everything is clean and well-maintained, the rooms are nicely decorated with comfy beds and sturdy lockers, and the bathrooms have powerful showers with plenty of hot water. The common room has two tables, plenty of chairs, and a good stock of board games (Monopoly, Jenga, Scrabble, Monopoly). There's no curfew and someone on reception 24/7 in case you need anything. The staff are what really set it apart for me - they're all so friendly and welcoming, and organise events every night so you'll never get bored. This helps to make it a very sociable hostel and I made some great friends while I was there. Their evening policy works well - a no-noise-after-11pm rule means you can get a good night's sleep, or if you're feeling more adventurous they'll take you out to some of the local pubs and clubs - they can even get you free entry and discounted drinks. I intend to return to Krakow and I'll definitely be staying here, I can't recommend it enough.

Liked: It was a great hostel. So clean & cool atmosphere.

Disliked: The pub crawl was kind of a bust. The chick just dropped us off at the club I'd been to the night before & bailed.

Liked: This hostel was clean and modern, the beds were comfy and a large locker was provided for each guest. The staff were friendly and always happy to help with any questions. Free WiFi aswell as acces to a computer. Great value for money. Grocery store and cash point across the road. Free breakfast too. Top hostel, would stay there again.

Disliked: I paid the balance of our stay in my home currency after being told that it made no difference. However once i'd paid i noticed there was a % charge for paying in a different currency. Make sure you settle up in Zloty!

Liked: Beds are comfortable. Fellow guests are nice. Good breakfast, kitchen is clean, as are rooms. Modern bathrooms-nice showers. Great location, easy to get to from the train station, easy access to all the sites. Friendly and helpful staff. Great value. Staff is good about enforcing quiet hours, which is nice because the hostel is on the small side.

Disliked: The outside and the hallways of the buidling are a bit deceiving..don't be put off-- go inside, the hostel is well-renovated and well taken care of.

Liked: the location was great! it was just a 5 minutes walk from the main train station. toilets were clean and breakfast served was decent.

Disliked: nothing much except that the bottom of the building where the hostel was located was a little dark. apart from that, everything's great!

Liked: This place is highly recommended to all the travelers. The staff were really helpful and polite and i was really impressed by their great hospitality. On the 1st day i got there, my friends and I were warmly welcomed by the staff in-charged, Ana. She was so polite and helpful. She just knows what we travelers really need in a new city. She explained almost everything about Krakow of places to go, places to eat, trams, buses etc... The other staff were simply polite and helpful as well. Credits to all of them :) The atmosphere in this hostel is simply good. This place is clean and comfortable. Besides, the breakfast is also good :) It also organises different activities everyday which are worth joining.

Disliked: I hardly found anything bad about this hostel. It just that my sleep got a bit disturbed by some drunk travelers who also happened to stay in the hostel. They just made nasty noise outside my room.

Liked: Mosquito was in a fantastic location. About a five minute walk from the main train station, very close to a ton of cool restaurants, clubs, and bars, and near most of the major sights. It’s adjacent to a trolley stop for harder-to-reach places in town, and there’s a grocery store right across the street that is open 24-7!

Disliked: I liked it all!
