Liked: Staff were nice and very friendly. Facilities were very clean and good. Also had a good atmosphere to it.

Liked: Very close to everything. Booking trips through the hostel is quick and uncomplicated. Very friendly and helpfull staff.

Disliked: The common room might be a bit bigger, but no real problem.

Liked: the staff were amazing! i was greeted with such a warm welcome and given all the information i could possibly need to enjoy krakow.

Disliked: nothing, it was near on perfect.

Liked: the staff was really really helpful , they have bathrooms for men and women [ even the showers ] , good free breakfast , and they also have parties every night! I meet a lot of great people there!

Liked: Very friendly atmosphere, the staff are helpful and beds are more comfortable than in other hostels. And it's cheap !

Liked: awesome staff, so kind and helpful. the location is great! walking distance from everywhere. rooms were clean and the laundry service was terrific. breakfast was good and the theme nights etc, made mosquitto stand out from other hostels. pickup for tours was also a bonus!

Liked: everyone is always keen to help!!Met some great people!! if you want to go out the staff will take you out for a drink around 11pm!!!

Liked: Great atmosphere! Small hostel with great staff and lots of activities. Very quiet at night (everyone goes out to party) and very easy to get a good night's sleep.

Disliked: My towel was a little small, but honestly that's it!

Liked: Staff were so helpful and accomodating!!! good location, comfy beds

Disliked: were having problems with hot water but were actively trying to fix it which is all you can ask for.

Liked: Everything! This place was amazing! The staff were brilliant and took us on nights out in Krakow. The hostel itself was great, spotlessly clean and the rooms were huge, with really comfortable beds! The organised tours were great too. Free wifi, and huge free breakfasts. The best hostel I've ever stayed at!

Liked: The events every night. I'm not a party person but I bet it must be fun! Their breakfast is MASSIVE =P Bathroom is clean, mattress is fat, and the staff are extremely helpful.

Disliked: don't join the tour (Salt mine and Auschwitz, 105PLN) provided at the hostel! they're overpriced! The city spy map is useful but full of adverts. Instead, I recommend joining the freewalkingtour.com (both Royal and Jewish tour) the first/second day, before going to Auschwitz. The maps these walking tour provided recommend a lot of restaurants, pubs and clubs worth visiting. It also recommend tours provided by another company ( I can't remember the name but it's stated on the Jewish tour map) which only costs 70PLN!

Liked: Really friendly staff, would help you out with anything. Comfiest beds ever, a fun atmosphere and a good social vibe. Not noisy at night-time but still encourage people to party and explore Krakow.
