This is one of my fav hostels so far - free internet, free movie, clean room, clean toilet, breakfast included and friendly staff. There is another Mama Hostel which is located in the Old Town and the reason why I chose this particular one is b'cos being outside of the Old Town, but still pretty near (less than 5 mins walk), it will be away from the noise of the Old Town, which is exactly what I expected. However, being away from the Old Town, this would not be a popular choice vs the others so may not be a good place to meet people and party.

dont expect to meet many people here unless it starts getting busier. if you come in a group it would be great. but not alone. then again some of the reception girls are kind of cute.

Really lovely friendly staff, nice safe residential area, clean and comfortable with good padlocked lockers under the beds, nice breakfast kitchen in the basement, good power-showers. We were in an 8 bed dorm and the other people were really considerate and quiet - even when they came home at 5am.

Great kitchen with good coffee included with the breakfast. Staff were more than accomodating. Big comfortable rooms. Location is ok, about 5 minutes walk to the centre of market square.

It's right next to the centre of the city, which is excellent for sightseeing and going out at night. But, there weren't all that many people staying there. That aside, the staff are amazingly helpful, the hostel is really clean and great to hang out in.

what a nice hostel!!!!!! very good staff and real nice atmosphere.. very clean... it´s highly recommended place to go... besides kracow it´s amazing !

The girls that worked at the hostel could not have been more friendly and helpful!! The rooms, and the hostel in general, were very clean. They also had free internet access.
However, there were almost always lines for the bathrooms.

The nice relaxing area downstairs and the kitchen area were well laid out and comfortable

The location was quite good, about 5 mins from the Old Town. We stayed in a double room, it was not sound proof, and it had limited natural light and was quite cold (no carpet etc). Good location but fairly basic double rooms.

Friendliest staff I have ever experienced. Went above and beyond anything that I could have imagined hostel staff could be.

spacious dorm (6 bed) with wooden bunks and lockable drawers under. friendly staff, free internet & laundry, but beware the washer dryer if its set too hot!
