Liked: Staff are really friendly and helpful - there's always someone around to ask questions. Nice common area for socialising, away from dorm rooms so the rooms are pretty quiet at night. Friendly and sociable without being a real party place.

Disliked: It would be nice if the wifi worked in the rooms but wasn't really a problem.

Liked: Clean, modern, good shower, good beds, located on a court yard of an apartment building, so the traffic or street noise doesn't get there (not that the street is busy in the first place). It's quiet and it's not a party hostel! Good place for sleeping, if that's what you want! The breakfast is way above what you've used to get in hostels, it's nice to see something like it in the morning and it makes you feel like they really appreciate and love their guests.

Liked: - Very clean - Breakfast was great!!! Eggs, pan cakes, fresh fruits, vegetables, ... - Coffe and tea for free whole day - Nice and beautiful room - Friendly staff - Safe atmosphere thanks to the cameras outside - A lot of information about the city

Liked: staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The room was perfect for our needs and the bathroom was both modern and clean. The free breakfast that was prepared every morning was delicious. The location is perfectly situated between the old town and the Jewish quarter so it was perfect for getting to all the places we wanted to. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in Krakow on a budget.

Liked: Great staff, tasty breakfast, good bathrooms, clean and with character.

Disliked: Room was right next to the bathroom, which meant it was noisy whenever anyone used the sinks or showers.

Liked: Best hostel I ever been to! Great location, the staff is very friendly and helpful and they have a very nice free breakfast and all the facilities are nice and clean. The hostel is well decorated with stuff from all over the world. The rooms are theme based, we stayed in Kenya.

Liked: The hostel was very clean and funky! The service staff was friendly, and tried to help when we asked. There was also a public computer available, which was good for both my sister and I. We booked a private twin. They prepared a very lovely breakfast, which made our stay more delightful. The staff also tried to accommodate your requests if it is not too much a hassle.

Disliked: Bathroom was a little small, else it was great!

Liked: the rooms were nice and clean, bathrooms were cleaned reguarly, and the surrounding greenery was lovely.

Disliked: rooms were rather cramped and featured nothing apart from bare necessities.

Liked: the staff was very friendly and helpfull and funny.. we could sit outside on the terras, just smoke a cigaret and drink a beer, it was very very very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing! a lot of choice, and very good!

Disliked: not many dislikes, maybe the breakfast-table is a bit too small? Some people were waiting..

Liked: The breakfast was the best I had on my trip, and the place is really nice (Don't be fooled by the shady entrance, the actual hostel is pretty nice)

Liked: Gave high marks, especially for location. This place is located right in between the main square, the Jewish district and the castle/cathedral, making all within easy walking distance. We really liked the unlimited tea/coffee since the weather was very cold when we visited, and also the convenience of having breakfast right there. We liked getting to share sightseeing tips with other guests in the lobby area. This area had the reception desk, the breakfast table, two couches with tables for relaxing and an always available computer with internet for guests (really convenient). I read a book there one evening while waiting for my husband, very comfortably.

Disliked: Our room was very small (Nepal room). The bed was pushed against the far wall so that my husband had to climb across the bed, and the aisle on my side still wasn't wide enough to leave a suitcase on the floor and be able to move past it. This was not a big problem - but expect that the room will be tight with just a bed, small side table with lamp and a bookcase as you enter to store clothes. The mattress was pretty thin. I could feel the wooden support through it with my hip - but I was so tired I slept like a rock and it didn't matter. The pillows were thin and lumpy. These badly need to be replaced. Thankfully, I brought my own along and was OK. The breakfast included tea/coffee, cereal/milk, bread/butter, meat and cheese plate, nectrines, and the first day, eggs. We had to ask for the eggs, and ask if they could be scrambled (not just boiled), otherwise none would have been offered. On Sunday morning they were out of eggs and ham. Other guest reviews have commented about the great breakfasts and cooking - but that seems to be dependent on who is on duty (my impression). I'm still glad that we could breakfast at the hostel - important to us to get us going in the morning; it was adequate and filling.

Liked: A very funky vibe, excellent friendly staff who went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. Breakfast was very delicious. Very clean and well run. Would definitely stay again.
