 The pleasant and friendly atmosphere. The helpful staff. The clean bathroom and shower facilities. The balcony surrounded by trees. The substantial and tasty breakfast.

Good location with reasonable price.
In addition, young staffs were friendy and helpful in sightseeing information, etc.

The rooms have all the name of a country, and are decorated in the theme with pictures of the country. Small but cosy rooms! Bathrooms were new and good! Breakfast was served in a beautiful room and was very good, with cereals, bread, coffee, tee, different kind of cheeses, meat, jam, vegetables and fruit! Location was perfect between the old city centre and kazimierz, and not so far from the train and bus station.

Best hostel I have ever stayed in. The only minor thing I can say is that when I read bar, I think there is going to be a bar there, not not just a fridge with beer. But that was no deterant on the most welcoming staff and relaxed atmosphere. The place was spotless the whole time I was there. Big ups to the Mundo

Fantastic location, nationally themed dorm rooms. The breakfast is fantastic, i really felt looked after. The staff could not be more helpful and whoever was on nights was always talkative if you were hanging out in the awesome common area! Will definitely go back!

The stuff was awsome, breakfast was the best complimentary benefit of many hostels that we have been, the location was perfect and they were really friendly. If anyone of our mates goes to Krakow, we are definetely adamant that they must stay here!!!

Central location but quiet, no tram noise for example. Easy walk to all major sights. Excellent breakfast, lots of it, warm rooms, hot, efficient showers. Hostel arranged a taxi to meet us at the airport and take us back there so no hassles. Staff brilliant.

The staff are fantastic, friendly and very knowledgable about where to go, eat and drink in the city. The hostel is the cleanest and most modern I have ever been to. The facilities are awesome!! It feels like you are staying in someones beautiful house, not a hostel. Highly recommended!
