Customer reviewPossibly the best hostel I've ever stayed at. It was very clean and even well-decorated and maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful; they even cooked breakfast for us! Sausages the first morning, scrabbled eggs the next, along with an assortment of breads, meats, cheeses, cereals, etc. and they even washed our dishes! I highly recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Krakow. |

Jakub BohacI should have done this review ages ago. My stay at Mundo was amazing. We actually stayed there twice. The second time was booked directly at hostel. Great place, small with fewer beds which is good because doesn’t attract noisy school groups. Beds even though they’re bunks don’t feel like prison beds I’ve seen in other places. Each bed is provided with massive locker at no extra charge. The whole place is very clean, and stuff is really friendly and helpful. Breakfast will blow your socks off, not some cheap cereal and toasts but proper traditional Polish breakfast. Excellent location, it’s about 10min walk to main train station, and is positioned between Wawel and Old Town Square. I would recommend this place to anyone who’s planning to visit Krakow, and I’m sure I’ll be going back there from now on. Thanks Mundo people. |

Customer reviewHostel Mundo is just wonderfull located in between the Jewish area and the city center is in a quiet area close to everything. The staff... well there are now words to describe their kindness and hepfullness, they go out of their way to make you feel really better and give this incredible advices on places to dine out! The hostel and the rooms have character, the bathrooms are very clean and seem more hotel than hostel. The curtains in Kenya room could be improved, as they are nice but don't do their job of covering from the light. |

Customer reviewThe property was less than 10mins walk from everything you needed in Krakow and was very clean and modern. The guy on reception was really helpful and searched the internet to answer all our queries. Breakfast was of a good standard and you could have as much as you wanted. Only complaint was noise levels on a night from downstairs - there are no doors onto the communal area so you could hear people laughing and music into the early hours - take ear plugs! |

Customer reviewAWESOME proper sit down breakfast with new hot food every day. Great modern bathrooms. Staff were nice and friendly esp the girls and the balcony was in such lovely green surrounds... Only one key for room though. All commonly used areas very clean but things like the underbed lockers and this strange alcove next to the bed (4-bed room) really needed a good clean (cobwebs, dust!). |

Very chilled out, friendly atmos. for young people, staff great, good music, breakfast lovely, perfect location just off centre so quiet and secure, nice and clean. Room was a bit cold and could benefit with some hooks on back of door but did not detract from a great stay - would definitely visit again and recommend to others! |
