Liked: Really loved my stay at this hostel! The breakfast is delicious, the staff friendly and I really loved the pick-up/drop service from/to the airport. Absolutely loved the location.

Disliked: The walls are very thin and you can hear every single noise of people from neighboring rooms or out in the hallway.

Liked: Clean warm and reasonably spacious.

Disliked: Our room was VERY noisy- our bed was sunk to floor level and when people were walking past at night it was though they were in our room.

Liked: the staff were super helpful and friendly, the location was good without being too close to the town center, clean comfortable rooms, generally a great hostel.

Liked: I had the chance to sleep at one of their appartments, right in the midden of Kazilierz, wonderfull neat, big, wonderfull location, I recomand it to whoever wants to nestle in the middle of the history and jewisch community

Liked: The hostel is very pretty, with nice little touches in the rooms like photos and painted cabinets. It's not exactly in the centre of Krakow, which is great if you're looking for a quiet night's sleep. The staff were helpful and friendly and the place was always spotlessly clean.

Disliked: Road works were being done on the tram lines that pass by the hostel, a fact that the staff did not inform us of before our stay, 'because it's only for one week.' So getting there took us over an hour because we had no idea what stop to get off at or where to go from there.

Liked: Nice place, nice staff, great location. Breakfast was satisfying. Don't expect It to be a party hostel, though.

Disliked: Right when you get to the reception thereof a sign saying that if you like the hostel's page on Facebook you get a 10% discount on your stay. We asked about that, they said it that yes, we could get the discount if we did that, but then they said that it wouldn't be possible because we should like the page before making the booking. But what's the point of it if we only get to know about the discount when we get there??? I think they say something about it on their website, but not here on hostelbookers...so if you're gonna book through hostelbookers, forget this discount...

Liked: What can you say about The Secret Garden without gushing with enthusiasm - very helpful staff, relaxed and very clean surroundings, free wireless, free tea and coffee 24/7, a small library of books to read and a TV in our room.

Disliked: Admittedly we stayed for 2 weeks, which is probably longer than usual, but it would have been nice had we been given fresh linen and the room refreshed after a week

Liked: very clean neat and friendly atmosphere. Also tea coffee was available throughout the day in kitchen. Alexzandra and her collegues are very helpful to guide on all respect to visit the city. self catering facility makes you feel like home.

Disliked: nothing excepet the floor cracking noise at night.

Liked: Everything was perfect! The staff was very friendly and helpful, they recommended great places to eat... The flat we stayed in was very cosy and like in the description! From far the best hostel we've ever stayed in!

Liked: We stayed in the secret garden apartment down the road and it was fantastic! really clean with all the equipmnet you need.. most mornings we ate breakfast in the hostel a 30second walk away, this kept us filled up till lunch.Booked a taxi through them and the guy was really friendly unlike the taxi drivers in town!!

Liked: Close to both Old town and the jewish towns. easy access to trams and buses, but easily in walking distance of the main attractions and restaurants. the hostel had recommendations of places to eat and see listed on the wall in reception which was very helpful. Also had tours on offer such as day trip to auschwitch and salt mines. Good breakfast & kitchen facilities. Very clean kitchen.

Disliked: Really bad WiFi/internet access! even the staff had difficulties logging on! Only one combined toilet shower for entire hall. Could hear everything in the rooms from the hallway. The door bell ringing at reception at 4am woke everyone in the morning. The bathroom had a tendency to be flooded.
