Liked: It's quiet and peaceful - just what I needed after six weeks of traveling! The rooms are lovely, there's nice little details everywhere that make the place look really cared for. So - not a place to have a party all the time, but that's not what you go there for.

Liked: The staff was amazing. This place was so homey. There is a nice "family room" upstairs with a TV, DVD player and computers with internet access that was nice to come "home" to. It was a 10 minute walk to "Old Town" and we walked home at night and we were very safe. I would recommend this place to anyone. There were 7 bathrooms with showers and one was always available. Plenty of hot water and the beds were comfortable. This is not your run of the mill party hostel. This is a family place were our 13 and 14 year olds were comfortable.

Liked: Fab place to stay, very very clean! good location. Loved the themed rooms. Free internet, linen, towels, breakfast,dvds,use of kitchen...list goes on. Facility to rent bikes

Liked: In an excelent location... on the main tram routes close to the castle area. Staff were helpful booking tours and held our bags safely while we kept looking around.. Really clean, modern and well maintained with passgate security.. THANKS FOR A GREAT STAY!

Liked: This place is so great I was absolutely satisfied and I would recommend it to anyone!! :) It has a great location, it's friendly and still doesn't cost a lot.Though it has shared bathrooms it was clean. We had a great time here!

Liked: the atmosphere, the nice furniture, the possibility to prepare tea and coffee whenever you like, the computer/tv room; disadavantages: toilets and bathrooms on the floor, thin walls (so you can hear your neighbours baically whie they are breathing).

Liked: a by the hostel booked excursion to Auswchwitz was cancelled by the travelagent without giving notice to the hostel.though it was not his fault, the manager of the hostel incisted to pay my taxi to the busstation because he felt himself responsable. so I was able to do the planned trip. GREAT SERVICE!!!

Liked: Absoultely everything!!! what a pleasure it was to stay in a hostel that felt like a 4-5 star hotel. If you are wanting to party then this is not the place for it as it is a very quite hostel but definatly no complaints about that! everything was immaculate, very clean and very tidy. the staff were fantastic aswell, very helpful and friendly. lovely b/fast in the mornings too :) it was great walking into the bathroom and not having 12 showers, 10 toilets and about 15 girls doing there make-up at the same time as the bathroom is very small but very modern, it certainly makes a change from your average hostel bathroom!. the hostel was very warm and cozy aswell which was great as the weather was freezing!!! i highly recommend staying here. :) 10/10!!!! :)
