Liked: Quaint little place to stay. Straight away felt at home, as it is in an apartment block, so very different feeling from staying in a hostel or even a hotel. Very quick and easy to get to the Old Town, which was our favourite bit that we saw in Krakow.

Disliked: Bedroom didn't look quite like the pictures, we worked out that some of the photos were actually from the Mamas Hostel on Bracka Street. We had hoped to meet people whilst away, but actually had the whole apartment to ourselves until the last day!

Liked: Excellent privacy for couples or people not wanting to stay in 'rowdy' hostels. The kitchen, showers and bedrooms are really modern and stylish.

Disliked: I didnt like the fact that you had to go to Mammas Hostel first to get your krys and then come to Mammas Doubles. It would be much better if someone could meet you at Mamma Doubles hostel to give you the keys. Especially as there are alot of stairs art Mammas hostel and to walk up them with your baggage, get your keys and then come down them again is a bit of a struggle.

Disliked: Given smallest room even though staying a week and others only staying one night had large room with balcony. Beds and bedding are very cheap.

Liked: This was probably the best place I have stayed in and I have been travelling and staying in hostels for 4 months now. The value for money was the best I have ever seen, the staff were extremely helpful, the room and facilities were terrific. The place wasvery clean and had good character. Highly reccomended!!

Liked: It was only 10 minutes walk from the Old City, much more intimate than a dorm: a perfect place for a romantic getaway - on the tight budget : )The kitchen and bathrooms were clean, internet available. The walls are a bit thin, and our room could have been a bit warmer, but otherwise everything was okay. Would definitely recommend it.

Liked: Mama's Doubles was amazing, very clean, spacious, great facilities including a new kitchen with everything you needed and two showers and separate toilets. It is a little out of the way, about 10-15 min walk to the main square, but the area is very quiet so you get a good night's rest. There was a computer with internet access and the staff at the hostel on Bracka St were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends. The only things to bear in mind are to bring your own towel as the ones provided are very small, and the bedding was also a little on the light side for the colder months.

Liked: 10 mins walk to the old town, 10 mins walk from main train station. Place is clean and new but a few things need repairing. Kitchen is fantastic. Breakfast was meant to be included by wasn't provided.

Liked: Stayed in the doubles. Great location. Very clean. Great bathroom, shower and kitchen, and internet connection in flat. Very good all round - unless you want to party and meet lots of people.

Liked: This hostel was clean, you had your own space and privacy and it was very modern in decor. It's exceptional value for money. It's about a 15 minute walk from the city centre so it's well located, but not very central.However a breakfast was promised and nothing was provided, so visit a supermarket for some bread, milk etc before you get there. There is free coffee and tea provided. Also ask for some towels to be provided when u first check into the main hostel in Bracka Street as we were not provided with towels initially. Also when you get the taxi from the main Mama's Hostel in Bracka Street to Mama's Hostel Doubles tell the taxi driver the building's number is 2. Finally the hostel is situated on the 4th Floor of the building, this information was not provided to us.
