Liked: Very clean hostel, in perfect location, with everything you need for a short holiday. Hostel staff was very very very kind and always helpful.They have no problem to communicate in English. If I visit Krakow, I´ll definitely pick this hostel again.

Liked: Location.

Disliked: We disliked the rudeness of the reception staff, who seemed inconvenienced by our request to obtain a room. We disliked the bathroom, which appears to have last been cleaned in 1986. We disliked our curtains, which did not exist. We disliked our bedding, which was designed for midgets and had the unfortunate effect of uncovering the horrors of the mattress that lay beneath. We disliked our bin, which also did not exist. We disliked our heating, which existed and functioned entirely as designed for the 19th century building.

Liked: I like it overall. The place is clean and located in the center of the old town. The stuff are helpful (except one).

Disliked: There is one particular stuff who is very rude. She fell asleep during the night shift and became uptight and impolite on the day we left. She also gave us attitude when we asked to leave our lugguage.

Liked: Great place, no complaints. Good vibe, easy to meet people, really close to main square. Bathrooms okay as well.

Liked: The location was superb. Very close to the market square and bus/ train stations. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was enough, cereales, ham, chees etc.

Liked: The main things I liked about this hostel were the location, and the staff. All but one of the receptionists were really helpful, and easy to talk to. The location was perfect, as it was literally right next to the Old Town square.

Disliked: I disliked how noisy the hostel was. It is definitely a party hostel, so if you want to sleep on the weekends this is not the best place for it. I also found that the hostel bathrooms were not cleaned as well on the weekends when the hostel was busy, and more than once I had to take a cold shower in a smelly bathroom.

Liked: good location

Disliked: toilet not very clean and manage often enough, kinda smell as well. There are only 2 bathrooms on each floor but there are lots of people on each floor so long wait. Staff not very helpful with sightseeing, even though Krakow is quite easy to navigate...

Liked: Tutti Frutti Hostel was great! The hostel is located in the Main Market square so you are just a few steps away from many tourist tractions, bars, restaurants, pubs etc. The staff is very helpful and the room where we stayed was really good. It was worth every penny.

Disliked: Too few bathrooms and showers besides that everything is perfect.

Liked: Great location for the major sights in Krakow. The room was spacious, clean and quite comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. I recommend this hotel.

Liked: I really liked this place, Tutti Frutti hostel is located really centraly so you no need a taxi or public transport to reach the best, so you can save the money.

Disliked: at the morning, we asked the reception more ham or cheese or bread,they do not willing to serve them.common room are cleaned up almost everyday,but my room(10 person room) might not cleaned up for long time,I saw dusks below the low desk.

Liked: The hostel was in a great location, right by the main square. It was also decorated really fun, with lots of bright colors. Reception and staff were also helpful.

Disliked: This hostel is kind of cramped. For example, the 2 computers available, 1 of which doesn't work, are right by the washroom doors, so you have to watch your elbow. The rooms themselves are also pretty cramped. The free breakfast was very poor - there was so little choice - stale cereal, or bread with butter, cheese, and cucumber. Also, one of the washroom shower heads was broken and won't stay up. This place needs a little more care and maintenance to bring it back up.
