Liked: This is a very good hostel and very well organized. stuff are friendly and helpful. and the facilities are sufficient.

Disliked: There is nothing that i dislike about it. maybe the floor is a bit creaky, but when you are really tired after a whole day's walking around, it doesnt bother at all.

Liked: I absolutely recommend this hotel. Is excellent! good wifi, my single room was very clean and comfy bed, good location to all the sights

Liked: perfect hostel, great rooms and service, awesome location for sightseeing

Liked: Good breakfast.

Disliked: Was bitten by bed bugs on the first night, asked to move rooms for the 2nd but was told the hostel was full so couldn't be moved. After deciding to change hostels, was a fight to get a refund for the 2nd night. Disappointing to know once we left the hostel they continued to put guests in my bed.

Liked: Good location.

Disliked: Kinda gross, it attracts gross people. Staff wasn't exactly eager to help...there are better hostels out there.

Liked: I liked location, staff, services (internet etc), cleanlines, good quality beds. Pretty much everything.

Disliked: When I arrive staff told me I was suposed to come a night earlier and I had been just charged for the night as a "no show". However, they realised their mistake, They apologised and were very courteous and professional. I would go there again.
