Liked: Everything. This was a great hostel. Set up with everything that a traveller needs and nothing was a hassle for the staff. The room was great.

Disliked: Better showers are really important

Liked: Ewan and the other organisers were very helpful, as were the receptionists. The hostel was incredibly central and felt very secure.

Disliked: Double bed did not have a large enough bedsheet and the internet was not working during our stay.

Liked: It had a wonderful atmosphere, positive and relaxed! I stayed in 3 hostels while I was in Krakow, but this one was the best! People in the hostel were friendly and super helpful. The bathroom was super clean and new!

Disliked: There was nothing you could ever possibly dislike about it!

Liked: This was a really nice property - the rooms were spacious and clean, and the inclusion of lockers was useful. The communal space was nice. The hostel itself is pretty small compared to some of the places I've stayed, but this worked in its favour as it made it feel incredibly homey. The location was absolutely fantastic.

Disliked: The breakfast wasn't anything special, but it was a nice inclusion. They could really use a lift, as the rooms are on the second floor. The staff were polite, but couldn't offer much in the way of local tips and advice (where to eat, etc).

Liked: Breakfast, shower rooms very clean and comfortable with enough space to dress up after shower, location, cleanliness in general, helpfull staff.

Disliked: Big group of guests who didn't respect the silence hours (very noisy the first night).

Liked: I lobe the location ofThis hostel, and the warmWelcome that all the staffGave me. The only problem I got here wasOn the first day my roomates were snoring a lot. But It was my choice to move there on the first date, and the secon day the staff was happy to move me to a 6 bed dormitory.Definetely I will recomend this hostel to everyone that wants to visit Krakow, I have to come back in 3 weeks time, andi will book again here.Antonio Marcos (London)
