Liked: It's a little bit party hostel so if you like it I recommend. Good location, nice atmosphere, good breakfast , very clean more than you can expect staying at hostel

Liked: Good social atomsphere, good location, easy to get decent prices on tours.

Disliked: Stayed 3 nights. On 2nd night went back to toom to discover my belongings had been removed from my bed. And left lying over the floor. Another bag was on my bed instead. Suspicious and not able to sleep at 2am, headed to reception to get ear plugs and just ask in passing if there was any chance the room was over booked. Turned out should have been told to move to another room. Not since arrival had we been told. So at 2am we were asked to move all out belongings and bed sheets/pillow to another room, had to wake up my boyfriend and tell him we were moving. Staff said she would help. She did not. Arrived in another room. Staff asked had we not received sheets for out bed covers/pillows for our 1st night. We had not. Next night my boyfriends bed was stripped in the new room. Think there is an issue as beds are not numbered, so they can't keep track of which beds are in use and which are. Irritating. Thought this was the basics of running a hostel. Good social atmosphere but lacking the common sense to get your bed sorted.

Liked: The hostel was great! But what makes it really special is the staff! Theyre kindness and good will to help you out. Ania was really really nice and gave you al the tips, maps and directions to get to all the fun and cultural spots in krakow. Patricia which i saw lesss was also nice and helped book the salt mine tour that picks you up at the door. And the other girl whos name i cant recall was also really really nice! Krakow is a beautiful city, flamingo is a great hostel, but what i enjoyed mostly during my whole stay in krakow was the kindness of the hostel staff! And the location is unbeteable! Its a nice place to meet people!

Liked: Super friendly staff, cool party people to hang around with, location (right next to the main square), free coffee/tea, internet, breakfast, modern and clean facilities = best hostel i've ever stayed in!

Liked: Very nice location. Closed to Main Square. Good rooms and Breakfast included. The common romm ist very nice.

Disliked: You have to be aware that it is noisy at night, because it's located to a crowded area. Also the beds "skake" when you want to turn around.

Liked: Nice rooms, great location, good price. Staff was very helpful, common room & toilets & showers were great. One of the best hostels I've ever been at.

Liked: - Ultra Cheap (not just rooms, but other stuff like washing machines) - Great atmosphere, all tyoung travellers - Utilities are great & kept in pristine condition - The most central location possible without actually pitching a tent in the square - Original image and independant personality - Late check outs (12 pm) are great and go really well with the chilled out atmosphere. - Good common area; great hostel for mixing with other travellers. - Fast PC's. Will handle anything you need without issue.

Disliked: - Didn't bother me, but there was some noise from outside (clubs). But then this is a party hostel anyway, so what do you expect. Otherwise... nothing. I can't even think of minor nits to pick.

Liked: This hostel is the best I've stayed at. It describes itself perfectly in its description and is a fantastic place to base yourself to see Krakow and its surrounds. The atmosphere is fantastic, the staff were always friendly and helpful, the BATHROOMS were fabulous, beds were comfy and everything was clean, you can organise all sorts of tours from the reception... the list goes on. I can not say a bad thing about this place, it was really welcoming and a place to look forward to returning to at night.

Liked: Was in a lovely place. Guests are asked to keep the noise down after 10pm so everybody can get a decent sleep! Was lovely and clean and right near the centre of Krakow. Very helpful staff. Strongly recommend.
