Liked: Good bye Lenin is a great hostel. It's location rocks being close to both the Jewish Quarter and not too far from the center. The staff rocks even more! I had a great time partying with them for New Years Eve.

Liked: Good Bye Lenin - Pub & Garden has a magic and warm atmosphere where enjoy and relax during stay in Krakow.The situation it just perfect, all the worth areas are close: Main Square, Kasimierz District, Wawel Castle. Services and Instlations fantastic, very happy with the room, kitchen, pub area.

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.

Liked: free parking very nice breakfast

Disliked: the lady at the hostel, probably housekeeper or something like that was very unpolite to us, and got some issues we did not understand.... the other thing is that our room was just next to the reception and obviously at 4am a huge group of very loud people had to come to accomodate..... and again this lady came on scene and for some reason went knocking at every single room (4 am in the MORNING)... not nice sleep at all

Liked: Location, staff helpfulness, breakfast, downstairs bar, late check-out, and security were all fantastic!

Disliked: The showers were very mildew on the second floor.

Liked: Excellent directions from the main train station, and very accommodating when I needed to arrive a day early due to a Czech train strike. Dorm nice and cozy, bathroom clean. Nice outdoor area and basement lounge. Wonderful breakfast.

Disliked: Very loud with the trains passing by.

Liked: OMG EVERYTHING! Best Hostel Ive ever stayed in... and Ive had my fair share... :D

Disliked: No complaints whatsoever! The surrounding area looks a bit dodgy when you first arrive but is actually a stunning part of Krakow (the big K as I now call it teehee).

Liked: The staff is great and the hostel is a great way to meet new people (ask on the reception about the drinking games). The room is big and the beds are good. Sheets, towels and wifi for free. The breakfast (also for free) is good, but could be better. Great bar inside.

Disliked: There´s a great outside area but we can´t stay there when it´s late, becouse of the noise and we can´t smoke inside, so, not the best options for smokers. Of course they let you smoke outside but you´re going to be by yourself. When it´s late they are always complaining about the noise, it´s kind of annoying. The lockers aren´t very safe, one key could open 2 or 3 of them. The localization could be better, it´s not so close to the castle and the center, although there´s a market one minute walking. The shower floods the bathroom all the time. I would recommend the hostel to other friends that want to meet new people and have a lot of fun! Un saludo para Rom!

Liked: The staff was great. I loved the huge lockers under the beds.

Disliked: The hostel was really noisy and definitely a party hostel. It was almost impossible to sleep. The other guests were so intoxicated that they had no idea how rude they were being screaming in the middle of the night. Due to the intoxication, there was also a lot of vomit.

Liked: Breakfast was awes (toastie maker is genius), free clothes washing facilities = FABULOUS, free pool/foozball = AMAZING, free drinking games = OH MY. We had a free cooking night (Ron, good on ya mate! SALUD 100%!!!!) Free wifi. Met some cool people (I'm traveling alone), big lockers under beds which fitted my massive suitcase. Lovely beer garden for eating breakfast/having a beer. A LOT of fun. Thanks kids

Disliked: The showers and toilets were absolutely DISGUSTING. I was kindly allowed a shower before check in as I'd taken an overnight train to Krakow. I was absolutely appalled by the state of the shower. 'Fair enough', I thought, they obviously hadn't been cleaned yet that day. When I checked into my room though, the ensuite smelt like mould. Mould lined the grout, the bathmat was wet and gross, floor wet. I can't stress enough how much the bathroom stank of mould, made me feel sick and dirty and after a shower, I didn't feel clean. They seriously need to invest in a massive tub of bleach or Mould-Away or something and a scrubbing brush. Toilet was also a bit crooked and one of the communal one's seat and lid was often on the ground (ewl) but hey, it's not a brand new building so.. Littttle bit far from the Old Town but not far from Jewish Quarter (and markets). Directions to hostel given were a little confusing. Stairs + heavy suitcase = euuugh but luckily only one flight.

Liked: Best hostel I've ever stayed in. All the staff were great and did everything they could to get all the guests from both of their hostels to party and have fun together, salut!

Disliked: They got me really, really drunk on the first night for free with byist drinking game rules.

Liked: Extremely helpful staff. Everything as advertised. Free breakfast!

Disliked: One annoying English bloke hanging by the reception - but the staff dealt with him as best they could, so nothing bad on them.
