Liked: This hostel was so cheap and it was the best hostel i stayed at. Reception carries your stuff to the room for you, they have thousands of movies, beautiful bathrooms and amazing location right next to the main square

Liked: The combination of laid back atmospher, hipp stye and still a very professional staff in reception. By the way, next night I booked New york place in Budapest 5 star hotel, I can tell you that the service we acpected from Good Bye Lenin was far beond my expectations compered to the service I got at New york place where the race rate is 500-700 eur / night.So well done to you!!!

Liked: This hostel was GREAT!! The had everything you could want in a hostel- unique, fun atmosphere, SUPER friendly staff- extremely accommodating, central location, every amenity you could want, very clean and secure, and a great price. This was better than many hotels I've stayed at!! I wish everywhere I went was like this!

Liked: This place is great - we stayed in a 10 bed dorm which was spacious and each (comfortable) bed had a big locker underneath. There is a shower in each room and also some in the corridoors so there was never a wait to use one. The basement bar was good and the staff were really helpful and friendly, which helped give the place an excellent atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Liked: Every thing was great from the girls on the front desk to Konrad on the bar. Met some fantastic new friends here and just didnt want to leave. Extended the stay twice. Location is very close to all the action. Very cheap. Heaps to do and keep you entertained here each night. Felt very at home, which is an atmosphere that the staff try very hard to create and succeed at. Brekkie included was great value. Highly recommended
