Liked: The staff is very nice and friendly. I and my friends also had extra facilities there.

Disliked: It is not so near to the city centre. 25 min walking is a bit too much for me.

Liked: The staff was really nice and gentle.

Disliked: I think that they should organice people according to their ages, because last night we had a semi-naked 60 year old drunk guy making trouble at the room. But at the hostel they were really nice and gave another room :)

Liked: Nice place to stay, it is close to Krakow Old Town. The breakfast was very nice, fresh and tasty! The stuff was very helpful.

Liked: the staff was great and very helpful. we went out of town for a day and they let us leave our packs there. the location was within walking distance to all of the major sights and the old town, and the hostel itself was comfortable and clean. the only downside was that some of the bathrooms sometimes didn't have soap...

Liked: It was a nice hostel, with friendly staff. The rooms were okay, the only thing I would say is I think it might be quite difficult to meet people if you're travelling alone.

Liked: Good bye Lenin made my experience in Krakow. Really nice staff, good vibe, good breakfast and cool people. If i had to go to Krakow again i would totally stay at good bye Lenin hostel one more time.

Liked: Good breakfast but there was no toaster! Also our door was very squeaky and noisy when opened which meant it was hard to sleep with people coming in and out.

Liked: This is has become a favorite hostle of mine. It is a fun funky place with a cheeky but warm atmosphere, The staff are just so warm and open. I have had long chats with them, they being so approchable. They offered without hesitation to make bookings for me for tours and events, and let me make a local call. They have many tours available, inluding one to Auschwitz. The staff are knowledgeable and will go out of there way to help you.Rooms are clean, have some interestingly decorated, with spearate bathrooms shower, also clean and funky, and a spacious shower. There is a full breakfast, free, with free laundry facilities and towels, free internet and a free welcoming drink coupon.This hostel is near the Jewish Quater if you are interested in the Jewish heritage here, a wonderful location, and a fascinating one. Other famous sights are in walking distance. This is a hostel that for the price, which is much lower than other parts of Europe, gives more than it gets! Liked: The hostel was the best where we stayed on our trip. Everything worked great and the whole staff was nice and helpfull. The only disappointment was the bar staff who tried to trick money from us.

Liked: Very clean; liked the lockers under the beds. Very comfortable beds too! A little loud in the lobby area at times, but reception is pretty good at keeping this at bay. The location is really close to the famous kielbasa van too. :) Staff is really nice. Breakfast is great!

Liked: Incredibly friendly staff is only one of the things that make this a great hostel. Vodka night, BBQ night, meeting alot of people and having alot of fun. Will definitely recommend to anyone staying in Krakow.

Liked: It was great staying at the Goodbye Lenin hostel because it was right between the Jewish Quarter and the Old Town making sight seeing easy. The pub in the basement with really cheap drinks as well as the free breakfast made the stay very enjoyable and worthwhile. I would definitely recommend this hostel to anyone planning a trip to Krakow.

Liked: A little bit old beds and far from main sightseeings, they offered a really great breakfast with ham and cheese as described in the website, the trade off is you have to walk around half hour to the train station where you have to take the bus to Auschwitz and Salt mine and also to and from airport. The staffs were really helpful. The idea of one welcome drink instead of free drinks disappointed me but they have really nice beer.

Liked: Everything worked perfectly out here, so I decided to stay a night longer. All Staff members were friendly, helpful, simply cool guys. Breakfast superb, table football downstairs, as well as internet pcs. And it has a perfect location in "Kazimierz". Winner!
