Liked: The place was clean and tidy and there is a kitchen with all untensils for you to use. There is also a washing maching machine and dryer for zou to use for free! the staff made our stay feel more like we were guests in their house, rather than clients in their business. They were so helpful no matter what the problem was, and their recommendations of what to do - whether it be sight seeing or clubbing, their tips were awesome... We love Krakow!!! We have mostly the Giraffe to thank for this. We will be back here again for sure!!! Best Hotel Ive ever stayed in?!!!

Liked: the best hostel we have stayed in so far, the people were friendly and the staff were very helpful. it also helps that all the girls working there were stunning. im goin back soon hopefully

Liked: All in all, we had a great stay. The staff were extremely helpful and the hostel had a great, chilled out atmosphere. My only complaint would be the fact that LOUD music was played until the early hours and then started back up at 7am. As our room was near the bar, this did become somewhat annoying ! Not everyone is up for partying everynight !

Liked: The staff were always friendly and keen to help us in any simple thing. Cheap beer and good music at the bar. Think they have to take care on the cleaning stuff.

Liked: Excellent bar- gerat and fun place to hang out and meet people. Also at other end of hostel to the dorms so there isn;t any noise if you are trying to sleep.

Liked: good location, near to the train station. Very good price. Frre beeer at the check-in! free laundrery!! that's all we want in a hostel

Liked: This hostel was amaizng....the atmosphere grabbed me straight away. I felt that all of my belongings were safe in my personal locker. Everything and much much more was included in the price, despite the price being one of the best in the area. Not only was breakfast given free of charge, but there were many staple foods available in the fridge to use free of charge, a free beer on arrival, free tea and coffee and free internet. Awesome location and I've never met so many great people in a hostel.

Liked: The atmosphere at hostel giraffe is second to none and the staff are all very helpful and friendly, especially Natalia. Its central location to the square as well as a cheap price to pay makes it a must-see hostel in Karakow.

Liked: The staff of this hostel were amazing! i will never forget them! Also every other guest that was at the hostel were also out of this world! i would recommend this hostel to anyone wanting to visit a beautiful city! and have a great atmosphere while doing so!
